Yeah isn't he Neil Pondarosa from It's Always Sunny? I figured he was a plant, when they have large assembly pranks where they're only going after 5 or so marks due to amount of cameras and time. Like the History Sketch for Kids prank had actors and plants among the 3 actual marks.
@flexicon1996 I think she said "he can do another movie", about the host of the proposed TV show. Remember, they use his real name on the pilot, so people probably recognize him(the one on the pilot, not him sitting with them) from other stuff he's done.
