It was an entertaining last lap, lol. When the 6 car went outside, in a micro second I here voices in my head-"stay low, stay low". To see Mike Mc 34 race upfront after that hard qualifying wreck some years ago, is amazing.

Brad probably had flashbacks of Carl Edwards coming across his nose in 2009 and didn't want to relive that particular situation of just straight turning a guy. The outcome likely would have been worse than it ended up had he just stayed in the gas.

What are you talking about he won that race. What happens to the car throwing the block is not his problem, its the driver thowing the blocks. He should have stayed in it and got the trophy. All lifting did was give the win to Redick an Toyota

@@robertstone9988 You have to look at it beyond a trophy. He has McDowell's life in his hands. They are both veteran drivers. They both have families that they want to go home to. From a competitive stand point? Of course he should've kept his foot in it and taken the win. There is more than a trophy, which some cannot understand. Cancel Reply

Mc Dowell made the move what happens after that is on him. Its called personal responsibility and most of America have no concept of it these days.

@@robertstone9988 Listen I'm understanding of where your thought process is. However, again, there is a level of understanding amongst these drivers that goes beyond the trophy. You and many may not be able to accept that, but I can assure you that Brad Keselowski in 2024 has WAY more awareness of his competitors than he did in 2009. That's why things unfolded and we are here discussing this.

And you know what, I wanted him to win. I wanted him to stay in it and get the win. Because he ran a phenominal race and made the right moves. He made the choice and that's all that counts. I personally respect what I witnessed here and what he did 15 years ago for different reasons, and that's that.

He doesn't throw 2nd block brad wins by far cause the 2nd lane died. Brad got slowed way down cause of wreck and reddict held almost all of his speed

No disrespect to mccmary but with these cars and this package u can throw double blocks because these cars suck up to someone so fast that u can't recover twice and maintain enough momentum to fight off the other car.

Can’t stand this guy. Had pit passes for years at Fontana and this guy is the only one that flat out refused to sign autographs or interact with fans. Total jerk.
