Absolutely love watching Jamie Oliver cooking, as a vegan it is great to see him doing vegan food that is so simple to make. Thank you Jamie carry on cooking.
I made the coconut milk squash rice and butter bean Orka stew. Didn't have kombucha squash so substituted butternut. Couldn't find Scotch bonnet peppers so used Habanero instead. Used tomatoes that were starting to go bad instead of cherry. It was so good that someone I'm caring for even liked it.
I’ve watched Jamie for years and years but suddenly his cooking has become totally relevant to modern living . He’s definitely going down the right road for today’s needs .
I've been cooking for 49 years, and the amount of pealing and cutting-off ends and stalks that went into the bin, is mind-boggling. you're the only one who convinced me (only last month I've seen your vid on it) to make veg stock! thanks!
Jamie I think you seriously need to visit Fiji and try out their flavours but you must go out to the village.... you’ll Be pleasantly surprised and you just may super boom Up your recipes a bit ... just saying
Gosh you're fun to watch Jamie! Everything you cook looks absolutely wonderful. Wish I could get parsnips where I live, I love them and that soup looked amazing.

"If I'm gonna eat more vege, I wanna do it in style." 🤣🤣 👍👍 I never thought Jamie as stylish (except the fab hair)...but loving these vege dishes. I'm the Carnivore who will not suffer going to Veggie Heaven. 🥰
White beans are high in calcium for some reason and you can make cheeses or bean molds out of it to substite cheese for convential recipes..i haven't done so yet.i notice alot of cheese recipes have use cashews but their high in fat.these recipes are so healthful.in comparison to all the meat consumption past any moderation.
jamie what a beautifl green crape! beautiful! artistic like a drawing. i am dreaming like a angel. you are fantastic.i change butter to coconutsbutter and milk to armondmilk or soymilk , then i can enjoy your recipes.
mrs tiggy you _do_ realise crepe and crape are very, *very* different things? Crepe, is a light, French pancake. Delicious. Crape is shit or poo or 💩 insulting. 🤫🤦♀️😘
No chillies thanks! But the rest are great. However, I do take the ends off my courgettes, and I wash my sweet potatoes as they can collect a lot of mud.
{ I'm watching this from Sydney Australia} Ms/Miss Jones, there are speciality grocery stores set up by immigrants selling food items of where they've come from {& in some cases neighbouring cultures} . Presumably, you're in America? There's likely Mexican grocery stores near you for these ingredients OR for most of the excotic ingredients try your nearest Asian grocery store {of any type}. 🦸♂️💡 🏪🇺🇸🛒 👨🍳⛔🥩
You could try growing them in a bucket. Pumpkin isn't cheap here but every food court carvery in Australia serves it as a vegetable, so I presume it is relatively cheap.
It's a Tefal pan. I just bought a couple on Amazon, not realising but they are his own range. Used one tonight. Not any flash cooking (just chicken sausages) but great as the pan is flat so you haven't got sausages rolling all over the pan. That always drove me up the wall with my old pans LOL
Maria Sanecka *of course you can. Make it to suit your flavour preferences. You DON’T need anyone’s permission to adjust a recipe to suit your taste* 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
It’s an Indian thing. It’s crispy and usually eaten as part of a starter. Not much flavour but if you put lime pickle, finely chopped tomato and onion and mango chutney on it, it’s delicious. It’s more about the texture really. If you RU-vid how to make popadoms you will get the idea.
I guess I have to accept that eggs don't count as meat, even though they are made up of animal protein and are at least in the early stages of becoming poultry.
