Jay Kay has been performing for over 30 years and gets better with age. What an accomplished performer he really is...! He is one of the best live artists in the whole world.
For Ever and ever❤
You will not be disappointed! I've see them 4 times and hope to again. He had at least 1 back surgery so the dancing/leaps are pretty much off the table. But that voice 💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟

Jay Kay and the band gave it all, in a great atmosphere. And, few months before, in 2017, Jay Kay underwent a very serious back operation ; he almost paralyzed; his back must now be "locked". the tour could have been cancelled. Surely he had to suffer during this whole tour And that same year, his favorite musician, and especially friend Toby Smith, died . I say, hats off Maestro! Jay Kay announced at the end of his gig of September 2 ,2023 (Orange in France) , the writing of a new album during this winter 2023. We can't wait...
Wouah !
The rhythms and melodies of the band are an absolute delight to the ears - Jamiroquai on Top! I wish they have a new album during 2024! (and If you get the chance to check out this fantastic band live, take it - their music will stay with you long after the show is over)
This is probably my favourite Jamiroquai concert. Awesome and superb performance all round from the band. Must have watched this more than 10 times now and never get tired of watching. I'm 62 yrs old now but I'm still hoping to see them live in the near future either in Italy or London.
I've seen him once live & it was magical. His voice was flawless & the band was tight. At the end of the show the crowd would not let them leave. The did a few encores, & at the very end, they did A Rolling Stones cover "Miss You". To this day, no other live show has come close to the type of energy/electricity that I've felt during that show. AMAZING!
Jay Kay got a few years older and jumps less around on stage, but this performance of the whole band is SOLID! Grooves and funks like he always has, excellent.
I would have liked to have trained him and got him back to his twenties body size and shape for the shows. He is brilliant anyway. They all are. Genius talented all of them. Yes the back could have been a factor.
Magnifique!!! I'm Jay Kay's age and have felt his vibe to my soul ever since his insanity went virtual. Then life happened and it's been a few years and I've gained a few pounds, too! Ha ha haaaaaa. Now, this is the second live concert that I watched today...tapping my toes holding on to every note, every song, every minute. Lovin it. Previously I was enjoying the 2018 Stuttgart concert and I commented that it was the best concert I've ever seen of this great band...SO TIGHT! DEEP!! This is just as exciting. Magic Spells
For this genre he is one of the world's best live vocalists, there is not much difference between his vocal in and out of the studio, great phrasing and amazing live vocal sustain in that as well. He gives the backing singers a challenge as well, they are good backing singers though!
JKAY... Il me régale chaque fois davantage !!
I live in Chicago and I've seen just about every concert that's come through my city and this show of Jamiriquai in Paris is over the Top Amazing. The band is super tight. The back up singers are supreme, and Jay Kay what can ya say, he's simply the coolest smoothest singer, songwriter out today. The best show. Paris was lucky to see this. I wish I played drums in this band. It's the music I was born to play
From what I remember, Jamiroquai came to Chicago 3 times. I was lucky to go in 2000 and they came back in 2017. When they tour in the US they do stop here. Jay Kay was kind of enough to take a picture with my sister and her best friend. To date, this is one of the best concerts I attended. My sister was blown away
Amazing concert, this band is so funky, groovy and tight, in the pocket. It's hard not to get up and dance with Jamiroquai. That groovy funky stuff never gets old, great positive energy. Jay Kay's voice aged very well, and I noticed that his voice sounds more and more like Mick Hucknall. I am very impress by Paul Turner's solid and funky bass playing, he is top notch. I wish there was a horn section, though, I could hear some serious sax, trumpet or bone solos in there. Funk For Ever !...
Damn good sounding band on this night. Bass is rolling and jumping forward, great rhythm section . As usual fantastic keyboards and guitar. Jay and his combo at its best.
I saw them do a very similar set at the Forest Hills show in New York in 2018 on the same tour. It was quite literally THE BEST show I've ever been to. It was magnetic and Jay and the entire band sounded amazing. I don't think anyone will ever top them!
What an absolutely epic gig. Every single one of them made it sound awesome, but... Paul Turner on the Bass. He has to be be one of the best bass players in the world right now, utterly mind blowing bass performance in every song.
Thanks disco king. Wish i had the same crowd of love along side you. Your a every day play with the greatest hits which are all. Awesome to see you threw a small screen.. my phone. Love your soul and one to the next!! Thankyou
I've never been a big fan, but I knew and like some songs. For the first time, a concert plays in the background - a great band, gig and a show That is how the poeple get RICH! No Drugs - only roll
Watching this in early december 2021 lets me shake my beautiful body, enjoying / remembering the good times; but mostly this fine concert gives me hope for the future. =)
This came into my life 6 years later, what an awesome live show! I just love Jamiroquai and saw the band in Caracas, but this concert was on another sound level for sure, flawless and the bass is unbelievable, a delight. It is now on my daily playlist.
The Rey of Party. I was all this time listening to this and thought it was a an studio recorded and now I come to the pc and WOW! whata great sound LIVE!!! oohooo!! what a Party! I'd say he's the Rey of the Party
Awesome concert, topped off with the track that got me hooked on Jamiroquai some 27 years ago...Too Young To Die. Still remember hearing it for the first time on Saturday morning TV in the UK...so fresh and funky...rarely played live these days but still one of their best!!!
@@annefilippobertozzi7601 Just received my Travelling Without Moving 25th Anniversary hoodie...making me feel really old...but as fine an album now as it was way back then!!
Jamiroquai = funky music at its best! So many outstanding tracks over the years, top performance by the whole band !!! Jay Kay may no longer bounce around the stage like he used to, but that doesn't matter, because his voice is unmistakable and sounds first-class.
I was introduced to Jamiroquai in 1999 from my British cousin when she visited me in MTL. I love their groovy, funky & jazzy vibe. She gave me 'Travelling Without Moving' CD. They are a prophetic band with their gift to bring awareness to our existence. DEFINITELY they are extension of the Universe's messengers for fans to listen and be drawn by the vibe🎶✨️💃🏽🕺🏾🌈💜💙❤️
I've started listening a concert from this guys for the first time not knowing what to expect and ended up dancing and enjoying this very very much : )
WHY DID I FIRST SEE THIS NOW⁉️🙉🙈🙊 Live in Verina has been my favourite go2 concertrecording with this Funky dude +friends for way to long... I am so happy to have found this 🥰 - which is from the year I FINALLY saw him LIVELive at SmukFest, Skanderborg, Denmark 🇩🇰 Such a shame about the back, så he couldn't jump and dance around - but that I can still see in Verona... The MUSIC is also of very importance 😁🤪🤣 feel better and Thank you 4 the music, both contributer and JK 🙏🏻❤️
What an amazing concert! and a beautiful amazingly appreciative crowd! Feel good factor 100% & more. Thank you for this upload. And a big thank you to Jamiroquai for being a special gift to the world. Keep that love & positive consciousness vibe going.
Virtual insanity is played half tone down, i think because the natural wear and tear of the voice of Jay K, for me is a perfect performance and show how pro is this band.
I know when a singer , band are are amazing when i wake up in the morning on Jamiroquai dancing like a crazy man lol..t his is what music does to me...Love Jamiroquai for many years and will die listening to it:)
Everytime I listen to Automaton and Superfresh comes on, I instantly stop the music and go look for the video to listen to the live version. I'm not a big fan of the studio version but gosh I remember finding it so great during the show !
I have been a huge fan of Jamiroquai since the early 90s and this has to be one of their best gigs. I don't understand why there aren't more views. JK is back to his best for sure and the video direction is first class. I also love the old Rhodes EP - funks the whole show up a few notches. Love it!
There was another version of this video that hit nearly 100k views in few weeks after uploading in 2018, but was quickly removed due to copyrights considerations ... this one is more confidential (Many thanks to Betrand for uploading)
