Ram Madhav is there for this eventuality wherein BJP will not allow power to slip into anyone else's hands. That's why delimitation was done, also 5 seats were reserved for nomination by LG. The past record of the Modi government says it all. They would like to buy time for breaking NC or other party members.

If BJP gets 35vseats and NC 30 seats, then LG will ask BJP to form a govt and prove the majority in 60 days... That time is enough to manipulate other MLAs

Kashmir, I think is different from Delhi. In Delhi the AAP is still called the B team of bjp. But in J&K non from Congress, NC or PDP has a tag of B team. Though NC & PDP had joined hands with bjp in the past, but after 2019 the ground situation has changed against the bjp and no political party or individual will try to be associated with bjp

Yes. The LG has nominated 5 members to assembly which has not been constituted yet. Under which law ? Though in the past in Delhi the LG has given voting rights to nominated members. This was challenged in the court and the LG lost. Bjp knows that this will be also challenged in the court but the bjp want time to purchase or intimidate independents. So there is a possibility of beating the mandate by going against the laws of, for DEMOCRACY
