Jammu Kashmir Highcourt के फैसले के बाद Kashmiri Pandit की हो जाएगी बल्ले-बल्ले! | Srinagar | PAK 

Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has given a big decision regarding the protection of the properties of temples and pilgrimage sites. The court ordered that Kashmiri Hindu temples and pilgrimage sites should now be protected by the state. These will be such temples or pilgrimage sites which are vulnerable to encroachment or have been targeted by land mafia or which are not being maintained.
जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख हाईकोर्ट ने मंदिरों और तीर्थस्थलों की संपत्तियों के संरक्षण को लेकर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया कि कश्मीरी हिंदू मंदिरों, तीर्थस्थलों को अब राज्य की ओर से संरक्षित किया जाए. ये ऐसे मंदिर या तीर्थस्थल होंगे जो अतिक्रमण की चपेट में हैं या भू-माफियाओं द्वारा टारगेट किए गए हैं या जिनका रखरखाव नहीं किया जा रहा है.
