Team Gin! Max following his lead as a good # 2 should. Don't humanize them folks. This is actually a good thing, accept for the danger that Fubuki put his little brother in. Gin is putting an end to his nonsense. That will give Decky a break for a couple years, until Ibuki starts throwing sticks.
ShinetheLightofTruth your right about not humanizing these guys. There is many hour of getting along but chimps are always scheming and politics and alliances are always a motivation in everything they do. This zoo keep this troop separate and in pieces. Kind of surprised they are at odd more often with out the alpha there. We humans place so much human behavior on these chimps. It takes a good alpha chimp to keep the peace in a troop.

I know people love these chimps or have their favorites but the are smart animals and Gin is stepping into a role that is needed as Decky will never chastise Fubuki. It is not about him being mean at all. He loves Momoko & Fubuki. He sees what needs to be done and is doing it..
David Christensen The traits you just described belonging to the chimps are also distinctly human behaviors. Maybe it’s more like we want to take the moral high ground and continue to act as if we are so far above animals. Yet, human beings can be downright vile to each other for no other reason than the pleasure of it. Not just one or two of us. A lot of us. Animals have far more humanity in them than we do. Just saying. Animals don’t think like we do. They don’t look at actions and situations as we do. They haven’t been told about the sky man who sits in the clouds making sure you don’t do the list of 1,000 things he doesn’t want you to. They don’t focus 24/7 on being good now is when they did they get rewarded. They don’t feel bad for committing a sin and they don’t stress over paying the mortgage or their weigh gain. Doesn’t mean the emotions between us aren’t the same. Just that the way they are processed is different. Humans are not above anything.
Yes Fabuki definitely started all that and gin obviously been watching him and telling him no knock it off and behave, poor little ibuki just happen to grab the wrong chimp probably thought it was mom because max was right beside momoko, at least it was all over as quick as it begun ☺
Fubuki needs to be housed by himself for a while. Maybe he’ll appreciate the family when he’s allowed back in! It makes no sense that his mom and sibling, along with the others, who were enjoying play time, have to suffer because he is harassing someone else!! #PUTTHEBRATOUT!!!
Teresa Gary - Gin is trying to train him to behave. Gin & Max use to act the same way. He won't act this way much longer because Gin is going to take it out of his hide, so to speak.

Ibuki was really lucky that he didn't get seriously injured, or even killed during that fight. The adult males are so strong. Max didn't even know Ibuki was hanging off of his leg. When Max jumped, you could see Ibuki get tossed around like a rag doll. Momoko saw it too, and it literally scared piss out of her. Her bladder evacuated all it's urine as she was rescuing Ibuki. I just hope Ibuki didn't suffer an injury that we can't see, as sometimes happens with internal injuries.
Jason battaglia - When Fubuki dove behind Decky, Momoko motions a swat toward Marina. Gin letting Momoko know she needs to stop defending Fubuki when he is antagonizing someone?
Yup Fubuki got slapped around. It looked like Gin did some of the Fubuki slapping too. Couple different males got some Fubuki slapping in. That’s life in a chimp troop

I hope Ibuki is okay because that was a tough fight with him being in the middle of it. I wish Mikan was out with them to protect baby brother and mom.
Brian Hubis - not so much one incident, what is important is that Gin is consistent in disciplining him every time he acts up. Then he will know he gets punished every time. Just like human kids. They need to know their boundaries and what is proper behavior.
InvuNOT2 Fub started with marina He starts everything. He wasn’t getting his way he wanted Decky to himself that didnt work so he took ibuki that didn’t work ibuki is very scared of him. So then he started with marina. Gin was doing his job. Decky hardly ever punished anyone including Fubuki. Well there is a new sherif in town and he will not stand for it. Hope this makes sense
fubuki needs to smarten up, he could end up gettin ibuki hurt one of these days. even tho most of the time theyre pretty good about not even touching the lil guy. momoko gets slapped on the back alot but theyre not trying to hurt her....alot of alpha males run around slapping, pushing and tripping up thier females everyday but again theyre not trying to hurt them. its just a dominance display and is very much a part of thier daily display routine. the males at tama are a bit nicer and dont really do that .....however when they do it, it seems like a huge deal...but for chimps its just a normal thing. the ladies at tama kinda run the show so i dont think we'll be seeing the guys regularly bully them around...now thats not to say it wont ever happen....it would be nice to see fubuki get slapped around from time to time tho....he's definitely needs to learn how to act like a little more adult like, he's not that cute lil baby fubuki anymore. he's like a lil bully now, always picking on the eldest or sakura. i feel bad for them, always getting sticks thrown at them or thier blankets stolen or just plain harassed when theyre trying to relax. its funny once in a while but its a constant thing with him now...its starting to really bother me and i dont have to live with him. i feel bad for decky, mariana, and sakura always having to put up with that! fubuki can be wicked cool at other times... and id just like to see him start being more like that. im sure he'll grow outa this phase in the months and years to come! thanks for listening to my rant tho.......and thank you CR3 for another awesome video....your the best!!!
Fine, Marina has a beef with Fubuki, let her deal with it. It's not like she can't deal with an adolescent on her own. No need for Gin and Max to whale on Momoko, especially when she has the baby with her. For frig sake!! I wish Mikan had been there. And why did Gin go after Mono No a second time in the hammock? He's really being a knob today.
Valerie Sexton - you may have touched on it. Marina was dealing with Fubuki but it is now Gins job to step in and stop it. Momoko also swatted in displeasure toward Marina. As an alpha male only he & Max would be allowed to dish out discipline. Not even the girls. At some point you may see Marina or Sakura catch and smack Fubuki. While Gin may go after Fubuki for starting it, he will also go after anyone who dishes out discipline. They have to go to him to complain and then he will go discipline whomever. He will be judge and executioner. Mikan certainly could get a bite in and of course will defend Momoko no mater who is in the right but the boys will put her in her place too if needed. It is actually an amazing thing to witness. The transition of young males to alphas. They are and will be mild compared to other alphas. (Ryu) And both Gin and Max love Momoko.
Yes that would of been interesting if mikan was out, but I see max was out instead again, they must be keeping them apart,.? Probably worried max the stud might get her pregnant too... 😃😃
@@christinacameron2288 - I think you are right. The zoo may be trying to let Gin and Max establish their dual alpha role and will have to keep girls in estrus inside.
Lettuce Say - It was as much about backing up Gin as anything. If you notice at the beginning Max didn't know what was going on but he followed Gins lead. Even to the point where he smacked Fubuki and Decky, then after went after Momoko as he probably saw Gin mixing it up with her. When Gin took an assessment break, Max continued to display.
@@grandmap3389 - He is but I am glad that he is teaming up with Gin. Gin will be a great alpha but his only real backing is Max. Gin will need a backer to break up fights with the girls. They will bite and sneak attack when he will only smack them to stop the fighting.

Can someone please break down this group too me? I watch Ryu’s group more. Also how old is Decky? This went from totally calm to a all out war. I watch the gorillas more, Shabani’s group is my favorite. Then there Momotaro’s group. I truly love chimps but compared too gorillas the chimps are so violent.
Oh, i find this group far more entertaining, interesting and complexm. Although Ryu is a savage and fun to watch him and Shabani challenge each other. Summary would be, Decky is probably late 30s early 40s, used to be a Pet, but adapted slowly over time to be an unofficial/goofy uncle over time. Hes huge but had done well to keep the peace and respected almost as a leader. I love him. He has to be seperated from BonBon (the other alpha) after disputes got too intense. Now Gin and Max aka THE PUFF BROS are coming into that age where they want to be the leader... Gin being the more aggressive. Hes challenged decky and won but i dont think that was a official ceremony. Theres a lot of drama, but even more bonding and entertaining moments...
Mix Atlanta thank you! I also wanted too know does Decky have kids? I know Gin’s mom passed while given birth too his kid that’s all I know. Gin needs too go after BB, not Decky. Fubuki I believe will end up being a good alpha when he gets older if he continues too learn from Decky even though he is a pain in the ass sometimes. Decky really is my favorite, I do remember a long time ago watching the video of him with his mouth all bloody I felt so bad for Decky. I went back and watched that video today and realized it had too of been BB and his mom bc Berry was already outside. Decky truly has my heart.
@@bellestar5960 I dont believe Decky can procreate, he has never once showed any interest in mating whatsoever, to make things slightly more perplexing, BonBon has a mating problem too, strange organs, poor guy. If im not mistaken, Peach is Gins mom but she abandoned him and he had a surrogate mother. I think zoos have breeding programs amongst each other and im not sure what the stipulations are but they are selective with who gets vesectomy... Gin i believe cannot have babies. But both current tama babies are from Max. (Which is a rare feat to see him mating)
Mix Atlanta so Max is Ibuki’s dad? I seen in another comment that they have some of Decky’s sperm also one of the chimps passed while giving birth too Decky’s kid. I would of loved too see little Decky’s running around.

Watch Ibuki. He is chewing on the stick. Fubuki walks behind Ibuki from right to left picks up the blanket. and you Ibuki back up and start grabbing mom. He saw and recognized at his age already there was danger. Then the slapping and but pounding starts. To bad the camera was not zoomed back just a bit. Amazing look at chimpanzees family matters.

Gin beat the piss out of Momoko and Fubuki as he should have. Then he chilled to assess the damage and think about the next move. Max and Decky were on clean up duty.
