I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this, not only was he a brilliant football player, but also a fantastic story teller.

One hell of a player in his days. One hell of a guy! Surely his legacy could've been slightly different if he'd done things a bit less controversial. Like leaving the national team on the verge of the biggest achievement in danish football ever. Nowadays he's one of my favorite pundits and live commentators on danish television. You can rest asure to get his unreserved opinion at all time. And I love his sense of humor.

Neil "razor" Ruddock told the same story about the ice but the setting was Spain on holiday and it was about Jason McAteer.

Tbf that speech was very good. Shame he couldnt teach Scousers how to chill out a bit and learn how to laugh at themselves though !!!

@@jonjones513 Been up there many times and like most places taking the mick is natural. Difference with Liverpudlians is they can hand it out to non Liverpudlians but can't take it in return. You can banter with Irish, Scots, Mancs, Geordies, Brummies and Cockneys without them getting all defensive. It's extremely difficult to find someone from Liverpool who isn't full of anger towards the rest of England and who isn't so proud of Liverpool that they simply can't accept anyone taking the mick!
