My ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE ATHLETE OF ALL TIME. I too was a javelin thrower from 1984 too 1994, the " feeling" when u know you hit it perfectly and the way it left the hand is the feeling I loved when throwing, just the power and the ease when u hit it right no other feeling as a javelin thrower comes close, well maybe 1 lol 😊 HAKAN
Jan your record will forever stand.there will be no athlete like you.i always called him the man with the golden arm.you are the best athlete since I know sport .we love you here in south Africa and thanks for entertaining fans around the world
I could in high school throw 160 ft as a senior flat footed. With 2 steps it went to 170 feet. at 20 foot of run I did 204 ft. At 18 now and in college with no training I quit, but have always known I was a Jan. Not to take anything away from him. 1971 the coaches changed my focus to a crap run as hard as you can swing. Just love watching Jan do where I should have been. / maybe my grandsons will get involved.
Sport k7 I've seen a lot of javelin vids with zelezny this one apart from those of him training with miklos nemith and himself this is the best by far the music just raises the bar in quality just like his throws thanks again think I'll watch this with some beers and enjoy again
Thanks again ... There are other great videos on my channel that you can watch Such a video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UD-t5XKuEhY.html
Jedan jedini, neprevazidjeni Jan Zelezni.Gledajuci njega za 4:42 zavolela sam bacanje koplja i pratim ga i dan danji.Pratim i ostale bacacke discipline.Trkacke ne.
History is always changing every moment...and record are set to be broken...one day will come when Pride of india SIR NEERAJ CHOPRA will break your record and that day will come soon...I am waiting for that day..👍✌️🤟🤞🇮🇳❤❤🎖🎖🎖🔥🔥
His technique is probably much more refined than yours, 49 isn’t something to be ashamed of tbh, but it’s the javelin requires, momentum, timing, technique, flexibility, core strength, leg strength, and a hard plant, aswell as arm positioning
Not near enough, Zelezny's record is something to be admired considering it was 1996 when he threw it. It's taken 25 years to even come close to it. It's one of the greatest records in living memory.
