Her character’s growth over the series, of where she started and where she ultimately ends up, is really beautiful. She finds herself and becomes her own person. I always thought that all the characters on this show started lost in different ways, but found their way by the end. Except for Lillian. Lillian ALWAYS knew who she was 🤣

When the writers of 30 Rock started to acknowledge her abilities, making her character crazier and crazier (around season 3 or 4), that show became just perfect.

Even though she looks 35 shes alot older! I wish shed gotten famous when she was so much younger and we had more years of her!! She looks incredible anyway shes hilarious and bonus she can sing! Shes just a super talented lady I have alot of respect for.

30 rock is about a bunch of television stars and executives acting up and about how a funny lady, i.e. Tina Fey operates in a world of chauvinistic men... the way she handles things is what makes it funny... not sure if that helps, but its on Netflix :)

he’s annoying, but zomg women are great. when we see magic in each other, i love what can happen. jane is a gem and amazing. her comments are brushed over, but i think that’s the best part to focus on: she’s award-winning on stage and screen, and doesn’t hesitate to say with whom she enjoys performing. i’m sure it’s mutual.

as the resident grumpy man-hating feminist here: jane’s execution of that scene with the millionaire and the “leg yawn hug” was so brilliantly executed and absolute perfection. having not known the background before this, nor having a stage background myself, i still paused that scene over and over merely to remark on the impeccable ease and timing with which she executed such an awkward yet marvelous display. truly show-stopping for those who recognize. It was impressive and underrated, but even from we casual fans and observers: we see you, jane! -^_____^-

and dude doesn’t understand the characters at all: network v netflix aside, to be able to identify the character that demands change from the core vs the character who is perfect bc of her lack of change, is a difference that i didn’t realize was so nuanced to some.

Not the best interviewer in the world, he seems to interrupt instead of having a natural conversational flow, its like he is trying to throw out the next question before he forgets it.
