The Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit requests assistance in locating a 17 yr. old Indigenous girl, Janessa Courchene Laquette. Janessa is described as having green eyes and black hair, is 5' 5" tall and weighs 90 lbs, with a thin build.
Janessa was last seen on July 19th 2024, at Ellice Ave and McGee St., in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is known to frequent the North End and Downtown areas of Winnipeg.
