“I’m sorry I cut you off”. You don’t hear that these days very often. That’s how well these kids were raised. Manners and respect at the maximum expression. You can see that with any of the Jacksons, even the generation that came after them.
(In reference to Michael) “That was my boo, honey. You would have been my sister-in-law had I met him.” lol! And Janet’s laugh also is so endearing to that! I love that moment so much! It makes me smile! So much love! ❤️❤️❤️
Aww I just loved it when Janet laughed after the Interviewer said 'I would've been your sister in-law had I met him' 😂❤ Oh lord! Michael is so terribly missed. 😢
PersonaG34 she’s sweet like that. If I could make one selfish wish, it would be to meet her and talk with her for a few minutes...... I’d love to hear her story.
The whole family including all the brothers doesn’t speak above a whisper and their voices sound so calming, soothing and relaxing. My voice is soooo deep I have to check myself to make sure I’m a woman, since on the phone I always get yes sir, and I don’t correct them….They can say whatever they want about Joseph Jackson Sr. but he raised a housefull of talented children and yes they had to have Discipline, determination, hardshell, confidence, etc to make it in California from Indiana. I’m from the south and white, we got our butts whipped and you just didn’t do that again. I also understand that Michael received it worse than the rest because he had so much responsibility on his shoulders as a child. He was the youngest so no one knows how each child handles whippings, but Michael said he was so afraid 😧 of his father before going on stage, he would start throwing up and then running on stage so he wouldn’t whip him for throwing up because he was nervous 😩. He was just in grade school being the lead singer and dancer. Joe did what everyone else was doing back then, you did the smallest thing wrong, they whipped your ass and you didn’t do that again, you did something else..lol
Would love to see all of the Jackson siblings on stage at the same time! Think they should perform "Gon' B Alright" from Janet's Unbreakable album! That song has a Jackson 5 sound and feel to it!
I've been saying it for the longest, Marlon can DANCE! I know it's hard to deter your attention away from Michael, bcus you're anticipating the next kick or spin, but if you really look at Marlon you will see that he is a great dancer in his own right.
MrChosenOne225 Remember when MJ did his anniversary special in 2001 and they all preformed? I remember Marlon doing a spin and dropped to his knees! He was like 40 something almost 50! It was crazy!
Janet has been doing one interview after the other. She even visited one of those late talk show. She appearing on awards shows, doing her touring, a new video. She everywhere showing folks at 52 she just getting warm up.
Nice interview. So nice to see two mature adults doing an interview. Such grace and articulation. No slang and swearing. I hit the subscribe button. Kudos
damn..... ... .DAMN .... .... DAYUUM!!! I've been watching ALL of Janet's interviews this era and they ALL fly by so quick!!! I be wanting MORE!!!! Another good interview though! ❤
YES!!!! THANK YALL! I was waiting for an interviewer to ask or mention Jermaine Dupri, ONLY BC, they always throw her in his interviews, as if they were not an equal couple or as if....you know? I'm glad to hear that they talk (I know they like each others stuff on IG) once in a while. I'm glad Janet is back with the interviews and TV appearances. I'm thankful for anyone that is able to grab and snatch her up for an interview. I know that they can get pretty entertaining! Great job guys!
Ha! I KNEW Janet was going to say Rebbie was the best dancer! Lol if you pay attention to their old variety show that came out in the 70’s, Rebbie use to stomp her feet into the ground when the whole family danced together in the beginning. You couldn’t take your eyes off her! That girl can DANCE!!!
Nice interview I notice about Janet but she don't mean no harm but she try to get away from the family sometimes she don't like family questions lol she's real private about a family which is good
I got moved when you said you do a party every year to celebrate Michael Jackson's birthday, I subscribed immediately. This does not take away my admiration for Janet Jackson, she is absolutely brilliant. Bless you all!
Always nice to see her... She doesn’t like doing interviews so every time I come across one it’s a real treat. Hoping to catch her tour while I’m in the states. #respect
I had a big Michael Jackson party for my birthday he is my all time favorite. My daughter birthday is August 30th the day after Michael’s I was trying to have her on his birthday.
This is my first time seeing this and I saw on another post, where the discussion was about who the best dancer is in the family and I said Marlon, as Mike said the same thing. He further stated that Marlon came up with a lot of their choreography during their tours. You can see Marlon doin the damn thing on Arsenio Hall back in the 90's; he performed his "Don't Go" rnb hit!
Yeah I have seen an interview that was about a half hour..seems like the good interviewers "seasoned ones" did a better job and had a short amount of time. She was so comfortable and sincere. Kudos to her.
In your bubble world Janet is/was . The real world knows Michael is , was and will always be not only the best dancer of the family but of the world .One of the most influencial dancer of all time too .
No Maija - don't do Latoya. Now I can't account for the 80s, but if you look at the clips from the Jackson's 70s variety show LaToya could dance. she had to. Joe had everybody working and you know he would have made her pack bricks if she missed a beat! lol
