Jahnvi kapoor is a wonderful actor. Gathering courage to work and to make it better after losing a mother especially at such a tender age is not easy at all. She basically gets trolled because yes she is privileged and she used her pops money which to get surgeries early in life by the best cosmetic surgeon. She has perfect features and as Mr paranjape says we as Indians have a fine art of forgetting. Esp the way she used to look in her early teens. Now on the other hand think for a girl who has done theatre for years and is amazing in her acting skills and can emote everything but does have the money or the connections. I know Janhvi has mastered the art of being vulnerable or articulating her thoughts but that doesn’t hide the fact that she is taking away an opportunity from less privileged and no surgery enhanced person

It’s not too long ago that leading actresses were genuinely loved. Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra etc. etc. were genuinely loved. These newer actresses are just popular but it is clear the audience doesn’t react to them the same way they did(still do) to the aforementioned actresses. It is beyond me why do producers keep casting them. People with a film background always had an advantage ( and I per se don’t see anything wrong with it, it’s only natural) but this maniac commitment to force these “star kids” down the throats of the audiences when the audience has clearly spoken we don’t like them is baffling.

Why this interview audio quality so bad?
