Polish people pronunce it "Yann". Thank you for another reaction to this. He's produced a few songs already, but most of people haven't heard about him before. He had little audience. He's 24 and he is a contratenor, he used to sing in opera. I know what you mean by poor audio in TVP performance (another reactors also pointed this out). For me it's rather hard to choose. I like that this music video has such a good quality, however... I love his stage presence and charisma. It was his first performance to the public, in front of cameras and on television. The Eurovision contest will take place in May so he would still have the time to work on his breathing while dancing. Anyway, this song is more entertaining and interesting than Blanka's, which is such disco polo latino... very predictable, like thousands of other songs of this kind. Thanks again, D. Świetnie, że zareagowałeś na głosy internautów i zrobiłeś drugą reakcję. Na tym polega profesjonalizm. Pozytywnie oceniłeś oficjalne wideo Janna, ale pozostałeś przy negatywnym odbiorze jego występu na scenie. Ok. Można mówić o fatalnym nagłośnieniu, zadyszce, błędach w nutach itp. Warto jednak głębiej popatrzeć na przesłanie utworu, które rozumiesz. Jann na scenie nie wszedł w żadne ramy. On wyraził i w utworze i w wykonaniu bardzo osobistą, artystyczną duszę. A to, według mnie, jest znacznie trudniejsze niż prezentowanie oczekiwanych zachowań. Za to, między innymi, pokochało Janna tysiące ludzi...

The voice on TV was different from the real one (there are videos recorded by the audience). He sounded just much better. There are a lot of scandals related to the broadcaster behind this. Because they wanted a person related to them (Blanka) to represent them, not someone from the outside (Jann). Osobiście wolę wersję z preselekcji euro vision, Jann dosłownie wyrzygał się emocjonalnie i to jest to. Jego kontratenor hipnotyzuje, od wielu lat nie miałam ciarek a przy nim dosłownie włosy dęba stoją.

Im glad that you reacted to this because your previous reaction was harsh. I understand that the history of music saw o lot of genius artists and they were from the US, I agree and also that Dimashes voice is out of this world, thats the truth, but Jann also impresses us as a totally new singer, someone new. Majority of us didnt know him, he only released Power with 5 songs. His music is captivating to me. Lately he was inspired by Gaga or KWest.

W Polsce katolickiej, w telewizji rządowej nie mógł wygrać ktoś kto prezentuje się jak Jaan - dla ciemnogrodu powinno się go pewnie izolować i "wyleczyć". Dla mnie piosenka Jaana bardziej pasuje na Eurowizję. No ale lepiej wybrać kogoś kto wygląda jak lolitka, strój ściągnęła z filmu Clueless i do tego wydaje się jej że jest polską Arianą Grande. Tylko że oryginał naprawdę potrafi śpiewać na żywo i to bez przygotowania

Actually I think that live performance was much better, his voice was stronger and you can see and hear the emotions, charisma, I agree that the sound was worse because the mixing was bad, but still I listen to the live version more, it’s not all about the vocals but overall experience 😊

Jesteś chyba jedyny tutaj, który krytykuje Janna, bo obejrzałam mnóstwo wypowiedzi i są zupełnie odmienne. Chłopak swoim Gladiatorem zrobił ogromne show na scenie. Jego głos taki miał być choć w telewizji był dziwnie spłaszczony. Ludzie występ nagrali na zwykłych telefonach i tam już słychać co trzeba. Dziwne, ze skupiłeś się tak bardzo tylko na jego głosie?

Ochman przygotował mnie na Janna. Uwielbiam ich obu. Choć teraz Krystian, który jest młodszy od Janka o kilka miesięcy (w co trudno uwierzyć), wydaje się nieco sztywny. Jednak nadal doceniam jego klasę i kunszt wokalny. Jann uczy mnie tolerancji, bo z trudem patrzę na jego zmysłowe ruchy na scenie. Chcę go jednak zaakceptować w całości, bo jest artystą kompletnym. Nie jestem już młoda. Wychowałam się w innej epoce. Chyba stąd ten problem. 😔

Yes, you're right - I agree, there is a big differerence between video and live performance (the same with Blanka). They both are very young people and inexperience, but very friendly - we were furious but Jann accepted Blanka's victory with respect. I admit I didn't know any of them before but I am delighted with Jann (we read: Yann:)

I kinda don't agree with what you said about this being a 100% better then the live one. I think his unique vocals are what makes the song so amazing to be honest. But ofc everybody has opinion and i respect yours
