We had an awesome weekend away at Janowen Hills 4wd Park in South East Queensland. This place is amazing! There is a large amount of FLAT camping areas, two of the campgrounds have powered sites for a little extra luxury - great for caravans. There are also cabins at this 4wd park too . You can camp along the creek or in the main camp areas. So much space to spread out and not be on top of other campers. Allocated firepits everywhere and you can collect firewood from the property (no cutting down trees).
The 4wding is great, from easy 4wd tracks for beginners to extreme tracks for tough trucks. There is a nice drive up to the lookouts. You can even drive through the creek to clean your 4wd when you get bogged like us! 😆
