For those who do not speak Limburgian, or more specifically Zösteres. The song can be translated more or less as follows: History repeats itself, fascists are in the Chamber [=the Parliament], and it´s not the first time worries and misery is what can be expected the future is crystal clear like the night [a reference to the Kristallnacht (now generally called Reichspogromnacht) in Hitler´s Germany] Because it´s going great again they´re looking for a strong man who can handle the misery (elenj and ozel almost mean the same) of this time a man they can look up to again who goes through the wall if necessary over dead corpses So put on your boots put on your hats somewhere you´ll have a brown shirt laying around in the cubbard and than you can join again marching with them [this is a reference to the typical fascist "brown shirts" of the time with their riding boots, uniform hats and brown shirts] They don´t need firewood anymore, in stead of books, they´ll now burn video cassettes [reference to the book burnings by the nazis] and maybe some day the Binnenhof [the seat of parliament and government in the Netherlands] will burn but they´ll blame it on some Van de Lubbe [Van de Lubbe was the Dutch communist who the nazi´s convicted for setting fire to the Reichstag (the German parliament) after which Hitler made all other parties illegal and within a short period turned Germany into a dictatorship] [repeat refrain] If you´re not from here, but you come from somewhere else / from outside they´ll throw a botlle of petrol through your windows, every piece of colour will be scraped away the future will be white, like a raven [which is an intriguing contradiction I always interpreted as a reference to the black gear the Dutch fascists wore.
