Youre not using the right terms in your intro. Homeless= Transients. Houseless= Hobos Wanderers invited here to the left coast. Legalized heroin. Legalized meth. Defund Law Enforcement. Officers with no balls and little time. Property owners closing up shop. 2 years of towns on fire...nightly news. These driving show nothing here, almost like they know how to keep away from show actual behaviors. David B.
As somebody who has lived here most of my 35 years on this earth, I couldnt agree more. Salem is full of batshit crazy homeless people, drug addicts, ridiculous rent/mortgage prices. Not to mention extremely overpopulated. I am glad I will be leaving this hell hole for good this august.
I agree. Definitely not the same place as when I was a kid growing up. But at least it isn't even ⅒ as bad as Portland. I drove through Portland recently and couldn't believe my eyes
