I’m glad the sealant worked out for the most part, hopefully another coat will get everything stuck in place. I have to say even looking at the actual image of that section of your huge cross stitch conversion it’s really not super clear what’s going on there. I think it’s like you said a portal or other unspecified magic. I haven’t started my Flower Fairy quite yet it took me longer than I thought to kit down my last two projects and then kit her up as my fiancé has been home at night and I get sidetracked watching things with him. So starting today she’s my goal for the month. Id love to see an updated pen collection video and if possible washi tape.

Such beautiful paintings! I would like to see putty/wax stash lol I only completed one kit but it was a large diamond art club mystery kit. And it turned out so gorgeous, loved every second of it. My plan for February is to work on a couple of Amazon exlusive diamond art club kits that are smaller then start my first ever Jaded Gem Shop kit. So excited!

I love your WIPs and finishes!!! I don't think I'll be sending any artwork to DAC licensing anymore, unfortunately. I'd love to see a coverminder stash video. I completed a non DAC in January and got Tiger Mantra back out, which is now almost finished, just one and a half sections to go!!! I already have a few kits in mind to work on next. That WIP dragon is GORGEOUS and I don’t even care for fantasy art 😂 For stash videos - your favorites and why (trays, drill storage for kitting up, pens). I love the washi you use! I have no interest in putty or wax. I use glue dots and double sticky tape.

I would love to see a tray video and a putty/wax video! My month of January in diamond painting was exciting mostly for shopping. I received my first Firefly tray that I love! I have also bought a Catproof tray and my first Craftibly painting and my first order directly from Diamond Art Club of two Randal Spanglers. Exciting! This month, I finished my small Christmas painting from the end of December and I am currently working on my first square kit from DAC on Amazon, Starry Night - Night Music, and love it!

All of your paintings for this month are gorgeous and I'm so happy to see the finished versions! Especially glad La Lune survived the rain. 😅 When I saw Love Bard and then the mermaid kit by Rosie Scribbles I was very tempted to get them. Huntress didn't really appeal to me on the website. But seeing it finished is just... 🤯 THEY DID SUCH A NICE JOB WITH THAT KIT! IT'S GORGEOUS! Rosie Scribbles is about to become one of the artists I get everything from too. I also have to say, I've always loved dragons and fantasy but tended more toward Unicorns and Mermaids than dragons. But The First Dragon has won me over to team dragon. I really hope they stock them throughout the year and not just for a limited time because I'd love to pick that one up too. I wish I had more money for this hobby but I already have a decent stash built up that'll keep me busy all year. :joy: Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to seeing what you get done in February. 2024 is off to an amazing start!

Hi Katie, good morning from a very wet Los Angeles, Congratulations on finishing 150 diamond paintings. Love all your completions. I was kitting up Golden Cocker Spaniel by Peggy Collins but I have Bronchitis. I will try to continue kitting up the best I can. I would to see an episode on Trays, Pens, Putty and Wax.

Hello... I completed a Christmas themed picture, a Oraloa picture Mr Tiki, a Philadelphia football canvas, another Oraloa Mrs Tiki and got my 9 year old granddaughter hooked on diamond painting her picture was small heart... none of cancas were very big 😁

Top two to see would be wax/putty stash and a pens stash. I don't really have interest in trays because I'm too particular with the ones I use currently. Haha! I'm currently working on DAC Big Sis and also doing the Retro Paint Gem kits for the Paint Gem 2024 event.

I would love to see all your pens, then trays, then wax/putty!! Eventually would like to see it all but pens are my favorite thing bc they are so customizable! I did a lot of diamond painting in January but only finished one kit and that was artist room by MrsbutterD from diamond art club. It is such a cute canvas and was a quick finish once i put my mind to it. I started like 5 other kits i started family circus by richard lorenz but got overwhelmed by the confetti. I also started pinkie pie by Camilla d’Errico, threads of the universe, world map, and mystery #35. I continued kronic haze, and then another kit from diamond xpress which pictures eyes. In total i have 10 kits kitted up and am slowly working through whatever i feel like doing each day. My favorite way to diamond paint so there isnt any pressure since it should be relaxing ☺️

Hi i just started diamond painting last january 16, just doing snack sizes for now. Finished 15 x 15 cm and 30 x 30s and a 30 x 40. Love it so far. Its wreck my sleep cycles hahaha but i am enjoying myself ❤

This would be more work of course--I'm personally less interested in a stash, but think like a "diamond painting pens 101" could be helpful. What are the different materials, the most common lengths, the terms that come up. What are the choices you make when you order a pen from different places (how do you even describe a turning style if you have that option?) I'm struggling bcause, well one I find the choices overwhelming, but also because the one fancy (read: $$) pen I purchased ended up having bumps in the wrong spot and made my hand hurt. So if you have advice for how to pick a good turning style that works for you, or length, or whatever, that would be appreciated! (But a "simple" stash video is way easier!)

I love all-things-Katie-stashes however I would like to see pens and yes, washi😃. I would particularly like to hear, see, how you decide shapes and sizes of pens. I have looked at some sites however it becomes confusing to me with all the different sizes and shapes. How do you know what feels good in your hand…that kind of thing. So far I’ve only used the pens that comes with the kits but would love to try a turned pen.

I would love to see your tray stash! There’s a couple trays you’ve used in Wip & Chats that I think you said are resin with designs made into them…? One in particular was a large round tray with a unicorn on it and it was gorgeous! I think the store name had “butterflies” in it, but I don’t think they’re sold anymore. I’d love to know more about those and if they’re still available anywhere. 🦋

I would love to see your newest favorite accessories! I’m a new viewer so all of it’s new to me. Also, are you willing to share your conversions and the DMC colors you used for Once Upon a Fairytales? I want to get the kit made as you did. I would absolutely pay you. I would also like your opinion on which business I should get to create the kit. I sent an email to Jaded Gem a couple of days ago about creating it. Is that a good choice? I was wondering how long the glue stays good on stored unfinished diamond paintings? Does it go bad after time do you know?

I think technically it depends on the company. I worked on a DAC kit last year that was probably produced 5 years prior, and had zero issues with the glue. The glue issues I had with La Lune were consistent with glue issues I had with other kits I ordered around the same time and worked on right away, so I don’t think that was because of the glue deteriorating over time ☺️
