Don’t sage! You need to anoint your home and if you are very serious about pushing through this I would say fast, read your Bible and pray. Stay in constant communication with Yah and he will answer. Also don’t tell anyone when you are fasting keep it to yourself.

Sorry you are going through all of this. Maybe it's best for you to distance yourself from others until you gain the spiritual strength needed to handle those obstacles. I started having back problems around Christmas and I thought I had sprained my back but don’t recall 🤔. I work remotely and got a back cushion and foot stool it has helped tremendously with me having to sit long hours at a time
