I am sure you missed a video where an Indian man celebrated his daughter and welcomed her back home after her divorce. Nigerian men abuse women all in the name of culture. Compared to Nigeria, it is not easy to work 2 jobs, manage the home and still take care of the husband like he is a baby. No family would have a problem abroad if they support one another instead of bringing in the egocentric African behavior.
Even the husband forgot to understand the fact that women are not controlled nor slapped abroad. We do it in Africa but abroad it’s different. Even so This guy should have known that women have more rights abroad.
Same thing happened before in same UK. The man made the govt know her Ielts was fake. After they returned to Nigeria, the man has now relocated to Canada without the woman. Women need to learn that anger needs to be controlled and get the best out of your marriage not to plan to bring the man down after all his sacrifices.
How are we even sure that the woman went for lady's hangout? How are we sure she did not go to see a male lover? In my opinion, if it was lady's hangout, would she have been that desperate? This is the problem with some women. The Bible does not command a man to respect his wife, the Bible commands the man to love his wife. The Bible commands the woman to respect her husband the Quran commands the same. It amazes me when women talks about their husbands respecting them. As long as women continue to have this kind of mentality, divorce will not stop, and in most cases, when divorce happens, it is the women that suffer more.

A number of men at times emasculate themselves particularly as a result of wanting so badly to be authoritative which then turns sour. We all understand that culturally Nigerian🇳🇬 men are placed higher than women but that is in great ‘9ja’-Nigeria and it’s a beautiful and admirable thing when done appropriately but here (the UK🇬🇧 and Western society generally, that hierarchy is non existent. Every one is equal. Sadly a lot of our great 9ja men possess very fragile egos (and them and their egos become highly rigid), leading to ‘YAWA’/‘WAHALA’. Some must learn to do away with steering up conflicts at any or every given opportunity because they are threatened by the success of the other or insecure as a result of upbringing. The West is an incredibly tricky place to reside in, cross that thin line between love and hate with a tinge of lawlessness and one would find themselves in a thoroughly dreadful position. It’s better to be very level headed when approaching household or relationship matters. We all face challenges of sorts and handling them requires intelligence.
