Ugh honestly... I was dreading today.. I didn't sleep well and I'm a part time student, full time nanny... so I've been stressing over time management and I'm really hard on myself which I know but its difficult to break from.. I woke up and turned on RU-vid just in hopes of waking up a little.. I saw this haul video and quickly decided to get up, make some coffee and a bagel, and really watch this haul. Oh the thing at 2:45 is a pass holder! I'm not sure what it's called in Japan but it's like the tube tickets in London. You put your tube card in there and kinda smoosh it onto the card readers to get to the train

I think the Liz Lisa dress that you showed in pink with the little bouquet pattern is a set up top which you pair with the matching skirt (or whatever other bottoms you want), because I have a few LL set ups and theyre about the same length as the one you showed. Its super cute and maybe you can find the skirt online though if you want it to go with it :) I love that print so much

Love lollita stuff wish I could get into that but all Japan lollita fashion is for small petite girls and I'm pretty big so gotta just stick with what I find that is cute! Super cute haul! I do both Lolita and Gyaru fashion so seeing Diamante/Liz Lisa and all the lolita pieces was a treat! Especially the old school Pretty stuff (fun fact Angelic Pretty used to be called Pretty wayyyy back in the day! so if you see anything with a 'Pretty' tag instead of AP, then you've found a old relic/gem). As for why the Liz Lisa 'dress; might be so short-it's because it's not a dress tho I might be wrong! Some of those pieces are "tunics" and come with a skirt-so it's a set actually that layers up! Sometimes they're paired with the balloon shorts (tho they're not as trendy anymore) or a base skirt that's the color of the tunic! :) As for lolita shopping-a good rule of thumb is that shirring and adjustable straps are going to be your best friend! If you can adjust the straps (some AP jsks have buttons on the straps so you can lower the dress a little bit..if you don't want to sacrifice the length-a petticoat will shorten the dress and give it a cupcake look!) then it can fit your waist line better and not squish your bust as much!! Diamante is a beautiful brand. If you look up HimeGyaru then a lot of stuff from Diamante will show up! If you like that short of style I highly recommend looking into brands like Princess Melody (it's a subline of the gyaru brand Ma*rs) or even trying to find some old school Liz Lisa pieces since LL was considering a himekaji (casual hime/princess brand). There's tons of different substyles under lolita and gyaru fashion! ;) LOL I've ranted but I hope some of this was helpful!! :) I hope you have lots of fun on your second trip!
