The Gamagori Fireworks Competition was held for the first time in Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture Japan. Aichi Prefecture has over 400 years of fireworks history and it supplies key fireworks components across Japan.
In the Gamagori Fireworks Competition, over 20 pyrotechnic companies compete against each other in a variety of fireworks categories.

Yes, oh my gosh. My LG 65 C9 agrees as well. I dont know what this guy is thinking, plasma does NOT beat OLED in black levels. That's what makes this so breathtaking are the perfect black levels.

So I got this crisp 4k 55" and I stumbled upon this video. It mesmerized me and I dropped a tear. It's beautiful and breathtaking the timing and orchestration of the fireworks.

いつもながら素晴らしい映像です。でも逆に8Kでも(4Kで観たけど)現地の音も今あるVR技術で再現したとしても、日本の花火大会独特の空気感を再現するにはまだ程遠いんだなと同時に思いました。コンテキスト的なものが大きいと思うけど、それらだけじゃない気もします。分かんないけど。
