There are look good and are perfectly baked. The staff are focusing on what they do best. Hopefully, I will have a chance to taste their master's product next time visiting Japan.

Why is the bakery so dark? I've never seen any place that people had to work almost in the dark.

The bakery looks dark. Are the lights turned off for filming?

It just looks dark because you're looking through the camera. The actual location is bright and there are no problems.
