Cool video, first time watching your video. Absolutely love the shirt. I'm guessing that a shared house is similar to a hostel living. Haven't done either but I am learning to live in a studio (30 sq meters) in Asia. It's different but simple. I'm hoping to relocate to Japan next spring or fall.
You may not like leg days. But they do help in your endurance. Especially when you are late leaving the house to go catch the train. One suggestion is to go find a gym that also has a pool as part of it. That will give you resistance training. Also, you don't feel as tired as with gym equipment. Plus, one can last longer in the pool for exercise as compared to the main part of the gym.

So, is a "salaryman" only the guys in suits working in the offices? Or is a garbagetruckdriver a salaryman? A scaffolder? A carpenter? Do they also work 12 hour days for no money? Curious about this! I earn approx 425000 yen/month as a scaffolder, working 8 hours per day, 5 weeks vacation every year. Is that good by japanese standards? Do you retire in Japan? At what age?
Not necessarily. I figure the actual meaning of salary man is anyone who works for salary. But in reality, the image of salary man in Japan seems more like a person wearing suit and working at office. Not so good image. like a “slave” you may see lol well as you can see the economy of Japan over the past decade and the decreasing population, you could tell that more and more people are getting lower wage, and the age at which they retire is postponed gradually. PS : 4K for that shift is great from my perspective 👍😻
