I had to watch this video 3 times. There was so much in it. What a day!!!! After your trip to the Disney store, I rooted through a drawer and found my Tokyo Disneyland tee shirt from 1984. I wouldn't wear it now because it has red around the collar and sleeves like so many tees did back in the 80's. I'll keep it awhile for a treasure. Also found a Disney MGM Studios shirt. The original. Looking forward to Disneyland videos. What a fantastic trip you had. If you had any hiccups in your journey, you don't show them. Take good care and have a wonderful week.

What a busy full day of shopping and people watching. The stores in Japan have everything!! The fortune part (@ the temple) was interesting- I’ve never seen anything like it. The restaurant where you had dinner looked so good. They also think of everything in Japan - it was so neat that under your chair they had a places for your packages - so cool. I am glad to see the trains are so easy to get around on. Y’all are having such a lovely trip! Thank you for taking us along with you on your adventures.

Another fantastic vlog!! I forgot to comment on your last one but I ate at the same Genki Sushi as you. So yummy and cheap! Your crossing of Shibuya scramble was fun to watch - when I went there it was halloween and it was SO busy (police holding back the crowds, and big armoured trucks). It was absolute madness, I think there's a youtube video of it! It was to stay a night in a manga cafe in shibuya which was a real interesting experience but not one I'd necessarily do again! Staying in a capsule hotel was far more my speed :) I stayed at a couple of nice hostels in Asakusa when I first arrived in Japan - the streets around Senso-ji are really fun. I'm glad you got on well with the tube system, I absolutely loved the underground and the JR lines in general. It was really easy to get around Japan! Katsukura looked so very tasty, and not really that expensive for what you got, now I want some ton-katsu :D Yaaay, moving over to Tokyo Disney!!! Can't wait to see you lose it over the amazing merchandise there!

I don’t know how you came out of Disney without buying something. The food looked amazing I think we will put that on our agenda. Had a brilliant night last night at Universal we were on one of the Mardi Gras floats throwing beads out to the crowds. It was such fun. Xx

A little late arriving to this one due to celebrating our grandson’s third birthday when you posted it, so I lost Isabelle to birthday cake yesterday. 🤣🤣. What a great shopping trip. I loved the check out process in Uniglo. That Candy Floss reminded me of my childhood and day trips to Southport. Not too sure about the “Sweet Potato Kit-Kat” though. 🤣🤣. Simon’s Carnaby Street reference was very apt. The Disney store looked amazing. Isabelle is going to have so much fun in “The World of Disney” in Disney Springs when we visit in July. That fortune was really worth a 100yen not. Simon’s saved you slightly. 😂 I loved Simon going true James Martin with his pestle & mortar. I have to admit that his choice of dinner looked so good and of all the food you’ve ordered on this trip it’s the one thing I would have actually eaten. 🤣. Another great look around Tokyo and the new camera is fantastic the picture is so much sharper. See you next week when Isabelle will be happy you’ve finally arrived at Disney. 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah it was because of the Wales rugby team playing the rugby world cup. Haha I just double checked and I put 'Takeshita Street' which is also what it says as I film it on the sign. Oh wow, there are SO many people in that street. I could not handle it at all. I've never understood the point of Pez. You stick the candy in a thing and make it harder to get to? **shrug** Holy smokes, what a terrible fortune! I was able to watch the full vlog, so I don't know whether the problem was fixed or it was only wonky for some people. Looking forward to seeing Disneyland!

Honestly the biggest store EVER!!! Disney store really was so cool. So we did leave a tip in some places but it is apparently considered rude to leave a tip
I am so shocked to see / hear them speaking to you in English at Takashimaya's restaurant !!! Especially the older guy ! That never happened before !!!Obviously , Japanese Government & bissiness owners are making a huge effort !
I think as well with it being a rather touristy area, they are used to English speakers coming in. We were very thankful! We had such a great experience there!
