Yes you can! It depends on what kind of working visa you have.

do you think it is possible to get a work visa in japan if you land an entry level job aka junior software developer (who didnt have any work experience before)? or is there a 3 years of work experience minimum rule or something in place for work visas? your videos are amazing btw. i am thinking of maybe signing up for a language course, but i think that if i wont be able to get an entry level software job afterwards then i probably wouldnt bother and gain the necessary experience in my country first

Hello! Thank you very much for your comment. I knew some people who are able to get an I.T. related job without studying language here in Japan. However they have basic Japanese level because they studied in their own country before coming here. Regarding the qualifications, as long as you have the requirements, like certificates you can try applying. But to be honest, most employers prefer people who have experience.

Can you please tell me 1 if I got a job in between the 2 year is it possible to do job in between the year or I have to wait till graduation. 2 is company ask my japanese language school graduation certificate or Attendance result. 3 if I got offer in mid year is company wait till graduation. 4 will attendance is important. Please reply and stay safe.
@JoCaballes
@JoCaballes 3 года назад
Hello Rishabh! thank you for your comment! let me answer your 1st question, yes of course you can work within the 2 years even you are still a student, I also did that before. But you are limited to 28 hours a week only for job since that is the rule of Japan with Student visa holders. 2. Yes they will ask for it, my company asked for the copy of it all. I suggest taking the language school seriously to receive the said certificates. 3. You may stop working but as for my knowledge, you need to pay the remaining fee of the japanese school since most of their contracts ask to do so. on my case, I finished my studies since I already payed for it. 4.Yes it is very important. most of student visa will only last for 6 months even you have 2 years on contract. they purposely did that for the students not to runaway from schools. I hope I was able to help you. Thanks again

@@JoCaballes thanks for the reply, there is minor doubt. Those who want to work in Japan already got job offer before their graduation and then only join company means after March. Whats your scenario. And thanks for the reply. It means a lot.
@JoCaballes
@JoCaballes 3 года назад
@@rishabhsagar5647 actually my scenario was I applied months before graduating Japanese language, (I’m a teacher) it happened that school year actually starts at april of every year for Elementary and highschool, so technically, I cannot start yet on my job as a teacher. So while waiting for the job I thought of finishing my japanese study. I could’ve stopped attending school if I want to, but I actually love studying so I just finished it( considering I payed for the whole amount)

Can you please tell changing job is allowed in japan or not if i want to work in different field than my study related work? I'm in japan now and completed school and IT business studies and have no work permit ( engineer/specialist in humanties/ international services). I want to change my job and want to work as dental assistant as I have experience to work in my home.

Cool vids Jo, I like the vibe. Anyway, what was you experience in changing visas? In particular, how did you process your OEC with POLO/POEA? I heard that it is a struggle.

@@JoCaballes Thanks for your quick response. I’m glad to see your RU-vid Channel and subscribed immediately. I’m a Teacher by profession like you. I guess the easiest way for me to enter Japan is to get a Student Visa. I like to ask these questions. 1. I believe students can do part-time jobs for at least 28 hrs per week. Does your monthly salary are just enough for Tuition, apartment fee, water/gas/electricity bill, and groceries? Or can we still send enough money for our family in the Philippines? 2. I’m happy to know that after you finished the language school program for 2 yrs, you land a great job which is Teaching. So, Do I need to Apostille my original documents like Diploma, TOR, and English as Medium of Instruction? Because teaching there is also my plan. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences.
@JoCaballes
@JoCaballes 3 года назад
@@spencermagsayo569 you know what, the thought that you are thinking of your family, I assume that you are a good son! 👍😊 1.To answer your first question, yes you can send money to your family but I don’t want to sugarcoat it, it’s gonna be a little challenging for the first months of studying here( financially and emotionally) so set an expectation that you may not be able to send money on your first couple of months. But as soon as you get the hang of everything, you can totally help your fam in the philippines.
