hi ellyyyy, can i ask what nondairy alternatives you use in your recipe? i’ve just moved to kl and it’s so hard finding nondairy cooking creams, whipping creams or just plain full fat creams. i’ve just watched your sweet potato creme brûlée, mashed sweet potato and lemon posset recipes as well, and i notice you use different terms for the creams you use from recipe to recipe. the ones i usually find are often more expensive than their dairy counterparts at village grocer and those ‘atas’ grocers.. please help a lactose intolerant sister out! haha thank youuuuu ❤
