Your concoctions always make me hungry!! Looks amazing Patrick!! Love those little pastry sheets...don't think I've every seen them in the stores I shop in here in the states!! Thanks so much for sharing your fabulous recipe !!
The Japanese curry sausage roll looks amazing. Love what you did with the puff pastry and the curry. Crispy and looks very tasty. Thanks for sharing Patrick

Jeez, yeah the small puff bent you over here Paddy on what initially seemed a cracking recipe and idea… I’m sure the rest of the filling will go well over some steamed rye… the extraction of the wasabi looked of interest
There's Rivet! Outstanding cooking as always Patrick! I love Japanese food. I was stationed at Camp Hansen Okinawa Japan for a year between 1985 and 1986 while in the Marines. Beautiful island and amazing food!
Patrick, I never knew Japanese ate curry but they do and looks delicious! You did this well, no worries on the blowout.....these things happen. Gosh I bet that smelled so good, and that crispy crunchy rolls sound was enticing! Thank you for an exciting collab, much fun doing this. Keep up the fire, Patrick!
Oh no, Patrick!! 😆😆 I feel for you and that clean up, but it looked like a delicious disaster!! That filling really looks amazing and flavorful!! Another very creative recipe, love it! 👍👍

Fark yes! Love the Japanese golden curry, one of my absolute fav things to eat and urs looked great paddy joe, nevermind the spillage, it happens. Sometimes the Japanese put coffee or boiled eggs in the curry too. Great vid mate 👍
Chef here, use half of the curry u put in sausage roll and when using flaky pastry need to put in oven at baking temp or it will not work at all, the sandwhich press does not get heat evenly, best method is chuck her in the oven brah
Curry and rice is a mainstay dish here in Japan. A staple of the national diet. But, to be honest, I avoid it whenever possible. If I’m in the mood for curry, I’ll head to one of the thousands of Indian or Sri Lankan restaurants here. Japan’s curry is as dull as dishwater, and far too plain. Boring as buggery. Very appropriate for the kiddies, though, who wolf it down.
