Hi, it's Kazuki.
For today's video, I want to show you guys the best Ramen restaurant in Chicago, IL!
I like eating! Ramen is one of my favorite foods.
I have eaten at many Ramen restaurants in America, and this one is very authentic.
I also thank you all for watching, giving Likes, commenting, and subscribing to my channel! I just reached 500 subs.
I'm still figuring out what I want to do on my RU-vid channel. I think showing you guys what I like doing in America is going to be my theme.
I hope you enjoy the video!
God bless America🇺🇸

Very nice nice and interesting video! Seems like you would be able to find a Ramen place in Chicago because it's so much bigger.🤔 How did you find that Ramen place? It did look delicious. 😋 Looking forward to more food reviews.

Thanks! Yeah Chicago is big and diverse city, so I have more access to authentic Japanese foods than I did in Utah lol Some of my friends told me about this place a few month ago. I first wan not sure about this place because of the name (They are outside of Chicago, and I honestly thought the name was a bit lame🤭 It's usually not authentic when names don't make sense). Turns out, I was wrong!

$15.95? They are not losing money on that, so I hope they were generous with the meat. But it does look absolutely delicious anyway. :) Thanks for posting. Congrats on the subs. 👏

Thanks for the comment! I should note that Ramens in America are so damn expensive! They are usually $13-15, and I always wish they were cheaper ngl. In Japan, usually good Ramens only cost 700 - 800 yen (about $6 - 7)

@@loneruggedkazuki Oh, I had no idea Ramen could be that pricey. Yikes. In that case, not a bad deal at all. :)

@@dereknelson6601 It's great Ramen and worth the money once in a while! I know they have to import some ingredients and train chefs and stuff.

You’re in uptown! Yeah, that neighborhood is kinda in transition. Hon Kee on Argyle has good Peking duck. 🤙🏽

A lot of people do not appreciate a handmade noodle, or the complexities and layers of flavor in the broth. Those are the people who complain about pricing. They think ramen comes in a styrofoam cup, and you just add hot water.

Love their tsukemen. There’s also Kitakata Ramen in Hoffman Estates. Try out the green chili shio ramen. These are my go-to ramen spots when visiting Chicago from SoCal.

How hard would you say it is to find authentic Japanese food in the US? I know for me as a Cajun, it is very difficult to find authentic cuisine outside of southern Louisiana.(I travel alot.)

Also that ramen looks great! My favorite ramen is shoyu ramen.

l think it really depends on where you live! I used to live in a small town in Utah, and it was very difficult to find good Japanese food restaurants. Now I'm in Chicago (I also lived in NYC for a few months), and it's much easier to find authentic Japanese foods in bigger and more diverse cities. They are very expensive, so I don't go eat out often, though. Cajun is great too! I'll try if I come across any Cajun restaurant in Chicage. I love Shoyu Ramen too!
