Japanese Emperor and Empress leave Claridges hotel in London

As a Japanese citizen, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the British people for the warm welcome given to Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress. On the final day, before flying out of the UK, Their Majesties waved goodbye with a smile that I had never seen before. It was a truly wonderful visit, and I imagine it is burned into their hearts as they do not know when the next visit will be. The bullying of Empress Masako by Empress Emerita Michiko, who cannot accept how wonderful she is, continues to this day. The reports within Japan are also biased and not being conveyed correctly. The honor of Empress Masako being awarded an honorary doctorate in law is not even reported. How foolish. How embarrassing. I sincerely hope that Japan will change.
