I love how much story potential this build has. Traditionally, Japanese people sleep on futons on the floor (sometimes in a main living space and sometimes in separate bedrooms). Super traditionally (like 500 years ago ish) they slept in piles of kimonos! Nowadays they may sleep on a western style bed, of course, and I love the one you chose for the teen's room.
I never see anyone build in Mt.Komerebi! this is so beautiful! All of you builds are so unique, I love this style and I very rarely see it in speed builds
This is so pretty, i love the size and garden! Would you be able to do a red Swedish (vacation)house, where the garden is filled with dark green pine trees and big rocks, almost cliff-looking? I would love that sm
Lovely build! Funny story, the teenager (Kaori) aged up and spawned in San Myshuno in my save game. I thought she was a well put together but entirely random sim, so didn’t think much of it when she was all set to marry my sim… yeah they have very bad relations now (and 2 kids together). Not sure her grandparents would approve of it 😂
i think the reason they dont like the modern development is because theyve lived there long enough to remember before it got developed, and theyve seen their neighborhood change around them
Absolutely beautiful, I’ve already downloaded and played in it! ❤ I just watched your single old lady gardener build video, and it made me think you could seriously rock a psychic/supernaturalist home with Bonehilda as a maid.
omg this storyline is so cute ❤😭😭 i just watched studio ghibli's movie titled "only yesterday" and I was so inlove w the film and i wanted to make their countryside home in the game but i changed my mind bc this build of urs is perfect and im gonna download this😭😭❤️
I love love love your maximalist take on landscaping! Incredible how you make it all fit together so well, looks so professional and appropriately cluttered - like a real garden would be. Question about how you arrange things on tables/other surfaces - what purpose do the little pink water bottles serve?
LOVE all your builds! The amount of time and effort you put into these is absolutely incredible! I love how you have a 'reason' so-to-speak for placing every single object.💚 It would be amazing if you'd make an entire save file of your builds to share! Would that be possible? Also, do you happen to do builds where 'we' can follow along and try to build what you're building? Whether it's Live or just normal video, of you building slowly/giving your tips tricks? I'm horrible at building and need a sht ton of guidance 😂
tbh the idea of a girl whose parents passed away so she moved in with her grandparents in the countryside makes a lot of sense story-wise also ik my grandmother (from japan) moved in with her grandparents in the countryside for a period of time too lol
Love you video and the story as always!!!❤🎉🎉. But a little word of advice. You shouldn’t put shoes in side or upstairs of the house. You have to put them out side or the front section of the door only. Most of Asian consider shoes are dirty objects so that we don’t wear them in house. So we don’t bring them in house either.
I was watching clare siobhan video and she mentioned about the two men one wanting modern look and this one ur doing now wanted a traditional look and they have a case (I think) about who would take over the lands (the neighborhoods that’s in the snowy escape)
I really really like it! Thank you soo much :) I would love too see more buildings in komorebi!! Maybe a hang out area for teens / university students? Great build!! 🎉
jessica how do you find such good pictures from pinterest and stuff because i never can😭and this could not have come at a perfect time because i am currently finishing off a build for my save file and i always have your videos on so i can build alongside🙂
I can never rotate the snowboards either! It took me almost an hour once to rotate it because I was so determined to do it and then it moved randomly and I rage quitted
i watch these on mute to help me sleep so apologies if this gets addressed in the VO, but what's the reason for all the pink water bottle placements when decorating?+
