Those Jackall Jettrows are actually technically for whipping. They're like a topwater Hammer Bomb that causes a small wake for the trailing lure or grub behind. You basically use it/rig it like a Hammer Bomb.

The jettrow at 2:05 is like the bubble whipping system they have videos online of guys casting it from shore. I’ll take one of each color lol guys here in states sell them $70-100 dollars for just would love to see someone try use it here
