That game is so good it's so similar to chilla's, the atmosphere, the jumpscares, the space and the stories. These games are terrifying! I loved this

Yes Insym, that bathroom is very standard. The whole room is waterproof. Usually theres a stool and a bucket and the bathtub is set into the ground

but it’s also like a weird, western take on a japanese bathroom. you’d usually have a low faucet outside of the tub where that sink is and the toilet would be in a separate room and would have a bidet. gonna guess the dev isn’t japanese

It's common in cheap 1K room . it's called ユニットバス in japan. And we almost don't like it ε=ε=(ﾉ≧∇≦)ﾉ

Not necessarily. I live in a rather rural part of Japan and my unit bath is small, both the bath tub and toilet are in one space, and no bidets were included in the rent.

Small note: Onna is pronounced oh-nah, not aw-nah. Japanese doesn’t really have “short” vowel sounds like English does, so Japanese words usually use the “long” pronunciations. :)
