This is the first recipe for Japanese Iced Coffee I've seen that uses 18g rather than >30. I only ever make coffee for myself and appreciate a recipe that doesn't end up with a wild amount of caffeine!
I’m really more of dark flavor ice coffee drinker so I make mine on a Breville Touch pro with two double shots of Espresso and one small Americano poured over ice in a large Yeti with monk fruit-allulose for sweetness. Taste great and last awhile.
First tutorial video that I watched without seeing the actual brewing technique and just focus on barista instead of coffee. Anyway gonna try the recipe and see how it goes.
Yeah, it’s always a good idea to get people for pleasure. Some young people use it to tell someone how he or she feel, maybe on Valentine’s Day. And it’s also great to give a blind box of coffee chocolate as a kind of gift to the friend who happens to be a chocolate addict. The process is gonna be fun.
Very much depends on what you're used to drinking, what coffee you're using and how fine you are grinding. It ends up being the same strength as a standard filter coffee. Worth giving a try though!
@@bridgecoffeeroasters am sorry my friend, i wasn't trying to be negative or something to your skills. Its just, i am from Ethiopia (East African Country) and we are used to strong authentic coffee drinking habits and ceremony. I have never heard of a coffee being taken "COLD". Thats just weird! Hope u understand my view point.
Probably should invest in a second camera to have a close up shot while you bloom and swirl the mixture. What with all the fancy gadgets in your kitchen surely a secondary camera is peanuts 🤭
