@Am25851 if you look at 2:05 that's tatsuya's hand as he got the same tattoo that was revealed at the ending of the movie, he also got the countdown app on his phone as taru said to him when he was visiting taru at 1:52:42 "before the countdown is cleared", but taru's countdown is already cleared which means it's actually tatsuya's countdown, i can only assume that tatsuya also has an illness
