Japanese National Railways Tohoku Main Line (Summer 1985) Near the Furutone River Bridge 

Thank you for watching. This is a video taken near the bridge over the Naka River in Saitama Prefecture on the Tohoku Main Line during the JNR era. An EF65 type electric locomotive gallantly pulls a large number of passenger cars and freight. Passenger trains pulled by the EF65 type electric locomotive include 14 series passenger cars, 20 series passenger cars, sleeper limited express "Akebono", and 24 series passenger trains. I used Google Earth, Google Maps, and Street View to identify the shooting point near the Furutone River Bridge, but I was wrong. To be precise, it is a bridge over Nakagawa. This video is from the 1960's.
