Its helpful for those of us who are able to read Japanese as well. The amount of double meanings and ways to read the same thing and get completely different meanings makes it really difficult to understand what is meant by certain phrases. The language is complex to the point lawyers often just argue the meaning of the words instead of the laws themselves.

From the second Imu’s name was revealed as Nerona, I immediately went to the history books and started reading about Emperor Claudius (Nero) and his trifles with Christianity and his defacing of the Sun god statue into his likeness. Look up Emperor Nero and read of his vile cruelty and you’ll realise that after all this time. Oda is giving us mildly twisted Roman history 😂 Which also makes me think back to how much I wanted to know what was at the lower levels of water 7. Under Wano and the sea rising 200 meters really got me thinking about W7 and

I have heard a theory that the redline under Pangea castle is hollow, and that the room of plants we see Imu in is the top foliage of the Eve tree that extends inside the redline and goes down past the redline into the ocean to give light to Fishman island

Much needed insight from a japanese speaker perspective. I would like to see your take on why Mary Geoise was built. Imu could be a woman but from the context of their obsession with Lili and her betrayl and wanting Vivi doesnt feel very shounen-like if Imu is a woman. I wonder if the crowned jewel of hachinosu that cipher pol stole from Rocks was the power source of Uranus that was a one time use The silhouetted figure seems to be paralleled to kuzan in the unknown agenda faction chasing the one piece, he may be the hinokizu

My thoughts on how they used Uranus was them having King or maybe King’s parent to fuel the flame. Also, the same hole left in the sea at Lulusia is the same hole beneath Enes Lobby. So that’s either where God Valley was or they did it a third time before that.

The name Garling or Garland is of Anglo-Saxon and Germanic origin. Meaning Holy Roman Empire or Charlemagne. If Shanks is a member of the Figarland family, I predict that Shanks’ name will be Charlemagne-related. And if we are still going with the theory that Shanks has a twin then I think he will also have a Charlemagne-related name So imagine Shanks and his brother are named something like Figarland Charlemagne and Figarland Wayland, like Charlemagne and Wayland the Smith.

whatever happened to God Valley might not have been due to an ancient weapon. who knows which devastations the fightings between the Roger Pirates, Rocks Pirates, Gods Knights and Marines have caused. And maybe there was an attempt on that island, trying to turn rare minerals into an energy source - leading to the full on destruction of the production facilities and island due to the massive damages the battles caused. until we don´t have any confirmation of it, we can´t assume that God Valley suffered the same fatal blow as Lulusia did. God Valley god wiped out - but most likely in the form of erasing it´s name and location from all (official) maps and history books. and if it´s population didn´t survive the incident, it is even more likely to erase it´s existence from the records. other incidents - like Egghead and probably even Ohara - aren´t that easy to wipe out just because of the public attention. there could still be remnants of that islang existing today - and i´m not talking about that God Vally = Thriller Bark-hypothesis - just fragments of an island only without any name or with a different name. Lulusia was just a test drive for the ancient weapon Uranos to see if the mother flame would work. close enough to Mary Joa to not risk losing the weapon on a long distance flight. but will York really be able to recreate more mother flames? the production facilities might still be available on Egghead Island, but Punk Records with all the knowledge went flying into the skies. and if the other survivors among the satellites manage to block York from connecting to the database, she might struggle to recreate mother flames on her own, which could lead to her downfall, being useless for the world government. this would be a form of revenge from Vegapunk who still might be "alive" if the Punk Records are constructed from and around his giant brain (Stella might´ve just been a decoy; a marionette to give Vegapunk a chance of faking his own death, fleeing from the clutches of the world government).

I would like to add something more about the name of "Pangaea Castle" that fits with the themes you are discussing. The word "Pangaea" stems from the greek word "Πανγαία", which in the greek language is what would be called in english a compound word and it consists of the words "Παν" and "Γαία". The first word is still being used in modern greek and it literally means "everything" or "all" or "the all-encompassing". The second word "Γαία" is the ancient greek word for "Land" or "Earth" so it's no wonder that it is also the name of the ancient greek primordial deity of the earth "Gaia", or Mother Earth. While in modern greek we still use the word "Γαία" we have simplified it to "Γη", but the meaning of the word remains the same as before. Combining the words "Παν" and "Γαία" results in the word "Πανγαία" or "Pangaea" which in greek literally means "One Earth" or "One Land".
