Today I want to share with you how to make, old-fashioned Coffee shop sandwich.
We call it Mix Sando in Japanese-English, but it doesn't anything related to concrete, obviously.
It's an assorted sandwich typically served in Japanese style old-fashioned coffee shop.
Today I use American Mayo, the best foods!
I am going to do some taste test, and adjust American mayo.
・2 servings
8 slices Shokupan (8mm thick)
1 tbs butter
lettuce leaves
cucumber
tomato
ham
・Egg filing
2 boiled eggs
2 tablespoon The Best Food Mayo
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
a pinch of salt and pepper

That’s absolutely great! I’d love to see a video of what does a Japanese family eat in a day. What’s the everyday family food of Japan 🇯🇵❤️ Thank you for your time and dedication to create wonderful videos! ❤️❤️❤️

I would like to see your impression of Miricle Whip someday. In the US we can't legally call it mayonnaise since it doesn't have the minimum 65% vegetable oil content instead it is labeled a dressing. We use it as mayo. It has the same basic ingredients: Egg, oil, and vinegar. It also contains sugar and some spices. Again, another great video. It tempts me to eat bread again!

I always wondered why it wasn't called a mayonnaise. I'm in Australia so I didn't know about the regulations regarding mayonnaise in the US. Thanks for explaining.

Looks so yummy! 😋 I'll have to serve mine with chilled green tea for me and coffee for my daughter. Cutting the sandwich edges will make it look and feel extra fancy! 😆 I just need the tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers. As always, thank you! Your meal ideas are great. Take care ❤!

im glad you used the american mayo, its much richer than japanese mayo and is not sweet like everything in japan.. as for everyone mentioning the crust, it looks more appealing and not as heavy. also japanese dont eat on the streets like europeans and americans

'We cut the crusts after filling the sandwiches so that the cuts will be perfectly even and the filling will come all the way to the edges on all sides.' (Trying to help you construct a sentence. :) ) Thank you for this video, I enjoy learning about Japanese interpretations of Western foods.

Thank you for using american mayo, it's a lot easier to come by where I come from. What did you think of it? Would you orefer Japanese mayo to American for the sandwiches?
@kitchenprincessbamboo
@kitchenprincessbamboo 4 года назад
I love Kewpie mayo, because I grew up eating. American mayo is thinner but suitable for sandwich! Actually, I like it too!

I keep them both in the fridge because I think they are good for different things. But I'm picky about the brand of American mayo.
