Very informative video. I've a question regarding pension. I've been working in japan from 1.5 years on engineer visa. I've 80 points in hand, but I'm not paying pension in japan, india-japan has a mutual contract where if you pay pension (PF) in India, you can exclude from paying pension here and I opted for this. So in this case, will I be eligible for PR now?
Good question! As you are not paying pension in Japan that shows you have no intention to live here permanently. You are basically considered as an expat who is here for a few years. That being said, you are not eligible for PR.
Bhai, fiirst and foremost congratulations. Could you makena video on how to score 70 or 80 points for PR. I know you have listed the site for the points but any addiotnal help or tips will help tremdendously. I also think making such a video on points is a follow up video to this. Looking forward to it. Thanks.

Vikasdeep ji, is it necessary to have PR for 100% home loan? If holding HSP 1, need to pay 10 or 20 % down payment, unlike PR? Congratulations for Tokyo Vice.. Now we have got one more reason to watch Season 2, which we have already started watching..:)
Thankyou so much for this video ! I have a question regarding the Taxation how does the taxes work in case of PR in Japan and for some one who stays outside Japan for long term holding a Japanese PR. Thankyou in advance 😊
Holding permanent residency in Japan means you have the right to live and work in Japan without restriction. As a permanent resident, you're generally considered a resident taxpayer, irrespective of your physical presence in Japan.
In HSP PR the salary should be from japanese company or your own business counts? I'm providing some sort of online business in Japan does that income counts?
