20g Japanese/Korean dried sardines
Small piece of Japanese/Korean dried kelp
Green part of leek
1 tsp salt
1-2Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 chopped leek
2-3 tsp oyster sauce
2-3 tsp soy sauce
1 clove grated garlic
For garnish chicken thigh:
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
For garnish chili oil:
2-3 Tbsp Japanese/Chinese chili oil
1 Tbsp chopped leek
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 clove chopped garlic
2 portions of yellow wheat noodles
Bean sprouts ,Coriander for garnish
Say sauce, salt, oyster sauce to taste
Black pepper
