There are aloootttt of States in india. Each and every state is unique in itself. It depends upon what do you like . if You like mountains and snow regions visit jammu , sikkim etc .. If you like beaches visit Goa , Karnataka , etc. There are aloott of places where you can visit .. i cant tell 🤣

Well I guess India is seeing infrastructure upgrades in a huge scale , it will still take some time to reach the level of Japan , but my bet is around 2030 - 2040 India would be very much different from the physical overview of infra perspective , but hey we are also seeing mass awareness of our cultural identity specially among the younger generation.

The place that looks like an another planet is called "Rann of kutch" (salt dessert) which is located in kutch district in Gujurat. Edit: Apart from the mainland india there are also indian islands of lakshadweep with 36 islands and andaman nicobar islands with 572 islands among which 38 are inhabited, you can also go and visit them. The andaman and nicobar islands were occupied by japanese army during the ww2 and then given to india.
Please visit these states when you are in India....Meghalaya & Sikkim in the north east. Kerela, Tamil Nadu in the south. Leh Ladakh & Jammu Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh in the North.
