Chad! The concept behind this is absolutely brilliant. There are so many colouring books on the market, but how many of them actually give you cultural information in a format which is fun and enjoyable AND educational in teaching about the language. You guys have done a stellar job on this. Such high quality and stunning visuals, and the price point is an absolute steal for the content you get. Anyway just had to congratulate you and show my appreciation :D

I’m really excited to find the book on Amazon India. Now I can try the book just one question though, are the pages thick enough to not bleed through? Can I use sharpies?

stunning actually, I thought this would be gimmicky and not a good use of time, but actually, it really brings these characters to life and like you said, gives you an opportunity to learn some fairly unusual kanji in a way they're more likely to stick over the long term

Amazon will deliver it to my place tomorrow! As a kid I was really into yokais, and still now "Gegege no Kitaro" is one of my favorite mangas while I poo. I am sure I will love your fascinating artwork.

our publisher wouldn't have been able to for this book :) I have our Russian version printed in Moscow that is coil bound! I think it's probably the best way to do it too

I'll be honest I only clicked on this video to leave a comment about the thumbnail. I don't like the face you pull in the thumbnail and hence I didn't want to click on the video. You pull the same face on the other reviews you've done and I haven't watched those either even though I'm actually somewhat interested in the topic. You should try A/B testing different facial expressions to see what does well for your channel. But I have a feeling this facial expression doesn't work very well for you.
