For a bright radiant complexion: 1 - Hydration is essential. It's beneficial. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day. 2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I occasionally skip this step due to impatience. It's effective, but consistent daily application is necessary. 3 - I avoid any kind of soap etc. 4 - I don't consume junk food. 5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Together, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.
This riceberryy face wash is highly effective for dry skin. From the first use, I observed benefits in my face, such as reduced acne. It is well suited when combined with a moisturizer.
A word of caution: be careful with the lemon. As an aromatherapist, I've seen tons of people with serious burn spots because they used homemade masks with lemon juice consistently. Always use a very high SPF after using lemon on your face as it causes photosensitivity, and avoid it completely if you've got sensitive skin. This mask will be effective enough without the lemon.
@@prashanth8860 Honestly, whatever natural remedy you use for brightening up private bits and bobs a) will take forever to see results and will need daily repetition for at least half an hour each time, and, b) may not work at all for some people, depending on the exact situation and the cause of pigmentation. It's best to have laser treatment with your own doctor if it is that important to you. If, however, you want to give it a go, do not use the lemon for sure. You may want to try adding some sandalwood powder (provided that you can find pure sandalwood, that is) and/or some good quality organic turmeric powder. I've had people say they had results they were happy with. Whatever you decide to do, be careful with your hygiene in that area and the kind of soap you use (please consult a doctor for this - do not just depend on the marketing campaigns in your country) as well as the type of hair removal method you use as it may contribute to the darkening of the skin. There's a small 2018 study that found rice has the same antioxidant activity as vitamin C and that it reduces the activity of elastase (an enzyme involved in skin aging). These may suggest that rice may have the potential to brighten skin and reduce the formation of wrinkles. We need more research to know for sure. What is known is that rice helps improve the skin's healing capacity by 20%. On the other hand, rice has been used traditionally by many people around the world for this purpose and swear by its effectiveness. I think it all depends on the specific person and situation as well as your expectations. If you want to brighten up a specific area by 2 or 3 tones, my advice is to go and see a dermatologist/plastic surgeon (preferably someone who also has laser equipment because this may be what is needed in your case). Using lemon is still a big no - I've seen horrific damage done by it. But if you have a few sunspots or your face is tired and dull-looking, then I say try it out and see if it works for you (but do so consistently - don't expect miracles after one application). In my case for example, with my sensitive and dry skin, this mask does help because it makes it look less red and irritated. Every person is different though.

Another caution: Don't use coconut oil as it can plug your pores; especially if you're sensitive to it. I personally have tried this method and it doesn't work for me. Instead I broke out (lots of pimples) and it ruin my skin.
Try other lighter oil, like almond oil.. i cannot use coconut oil, too.. but when it mix with other ingridoents, it might have different result. When you use sole oil for skincare, do not set on your face all day. After an hour, wipe it with cold damp clothes. The oil gets frozen, and lift up on the clothes perfectly. It works super well..

Acabo de hacer esta crema con algunas variantes: en vez de leche le puse un poco de té verde, el limón lo cambié por una cdta de miel y el aceite de coco lo sustituí por una cda y media de gel de aloe vera. También le puse 2 cápsulas de vitamina E. Me quedaron algunos grumitos así que la voy a aplicar como mascarilla para cuello y rostro durante 20 minutos cada mañana y noche. Empiezo hoy, lunes 29 de mayo. En una semana les cuento cómo me fue. Actualización Día 1 Esta mascarilla me puso la piel muy suave y tersa durante todo el día. Empiezo a ver cambios pequeños en el color de mi piel. Día 2 Hoy he visto a mi piel mucho más suavecita y clara, mi mamá también empezó a ver cambios. Día 3 Cuando me levanté y me miré al espejo, noté una disminución en las ojeras bastante evidente. Mi rostro se ha puesto más blanco y luminoso. Día 4 Tanto las líneas de expresión como las cicatrices o granitos que tenía han disminuído casi por completo. Mantengo mi piel libre de impurezas y bastante revitalizada. Día 5 Mi hermano probó esta mascarilla hace poco para su acné y logró mejorar su apariencia al instante. Ahora me pide que se la aplique con frecuencia. Día 6 La primera semana dormí muy poco pero no se notó gracias a esta mascarilla. Tengo 25, pero me veo y me siento más joven, en especial cuando me pongo algo de maquillaje antes de salir. *Resultado final* Día 7 En comparación al primer día que empecé, la piel del rostro y del cuello se han aclarado un poco. Los cambios son leves, pero si se es constante los resultados en alrededor de 1 mes pueden llegar a ser mucho más visibles. Recomendación Lo ideal es cuidarse la piel con una rutina de skincare de día y de noche enfocada en el blanqueamiento de la piel para resultados más rápidos. Aplicarse esta mascarilla de día y de noche puede ser agotador, así que lo mejor es colar la mezcla con una malla bien fina para que les salga una crema libre de grumos y la puedan utilizar sin necesidad de estarla retirando a cada rato. En mi opinión, esta mascarilla se puede usar como refuerzo dos o tres veces por semana junto con la crema casera para mantener una piel de porcelana como las asiáticas. También es importante cuidarse del sol. En mi caso utilicé sombrilla cada que voy a salir y recién acabo de comprar protector solar. En conclusión, esta mascarilla funciona, pero no es mágica. Hay que ser constantes y cuidarse del sol siempre que sea posible.
For those requesting alternative recipe: pure rice flour can be used. I don’t cook mine or add all these ingredients . I mix rice flour with warm water to make a paste and I use as mask for my cleansed face ,after it dries I moisten my fingers with water and use it to mildly scrub my face before proceeding to rinse off. I apply moisturizer and face oil.
Face oil? Heavy oils can congest the skin and cause breakouts, which will definitely inflame and irritate existing acne conditions. Oils such as coconut, olive and wheatgerm should be avoided, as they may block pores and cause increased blemishes.
@@Avery-bv4qh I said face oil, I didn’t write cooking oils or body oils or a specific oil. I wrote face oil because lots of cosmetic companies formulate oils specifically for face.

I use this recipe. It takes any sun tan you have off, and slowly over time works on dark spots and fine lines. I'm a 50 year old man and a goth. If you know what a goth is we like skin as white as we can get it so our foundation doesn't make us look like a circus clown LOL. Also I'm not gay by the way, but I do wear makeup as all goths do. I wear spf 100 inside the house. I live in S. Florida and you can get a tan inside your house here, the UV's come through windows and skylights. I wait until dark to leave my house, or even when I check the mail. I started using this stuff 2 weeks ago and I see some really nice changes in my before and after pictures. It's not a miracle skin whitener, but will take a tan away really fast. After that it slowly works on dark spots and wrinkles better than anything I have bought. Some of the things I paid big $$ for and this is better.
@@Adri-jf3vr I was doing it 2 to 3 times, seems the effects are temporary. If you keep it up you can get rid of small lines but they seem to come back when you stop. As far as whitening goes I use spf100 and the mixture does help slowly over time.

@@Adri-jf3vr Be consistent is the key. When you apply it and wait until it dries you will feel the tightening of your skin. It's no miracle by far. I started dermarolling and that seems to really get rid of wrinkles, but takes time as well because of the time between rolling that is healthy. Rolling is a more permanent solution for wrinkles.

Acho que combate rugas ,pois o limão tem vitamina c, que produz colágeno. Tem o óleo de côco, que hidrata a pele, e uma pele hidratada é uma pele com menos rugas.
Coconut oil is proven to be clogging pores and lemon can be very irritating, so in my oppinion people with oily acne prone skin and very sensitive skin should be very careful with this mask, especially on the face.

Por supuesto corazón, recuerda que esta crema contiene limón si te expones al sol podrías quemar tu piel. Recuerda siempre al día siguiente si vas a salir ponerte el protector solar para cuidar tu piel.
