Every cake I've gotten from Bokksu has been so moist and buttery, no matter what the flavor is they're always delicious. Those rice crackers you ate are one of my favorite snacks from Bokksu, I love that each piece is a different flavor. And I agree with you Satoshi... kettle chips are to crunchy, crispy is better.

Those little cakes were flavoured by Shonan Gold which is a hybrid citrus. It is a cross between Citrus flaviculpus and Citrus unshui.and was developed in Japan. You could make an orange cake flavoured with grated orange zest and with orange zest in the icing. Kobosu is not a hybrid it is a single species called Citrus sphaerocarpa
When we tried it here, we were so surprised at the ibuigakko snacks! We;ve never tried that flavor before, but it was by far our favorite of the box as well!
