Lots of people miss out on prawn head. They are the richest tasting part of the prawn, and when deep fried until crunchy, they taste like the best prawn crackers 😋.

Deepfried shrimp/prawn head is so good, I don't know why a lot of people throw it out. And the deepfried tail is good too! But be careful because sometimes it's a bit sharp!
