The worst part about this video is I have to wait a whole week to see a new one! I love this channel and have sworn off all other Japan videos cause they're either annoying, demeaning or no narration whatsoever. Paolo has done the complete opposite and have made each video tour engaging, optimistic and having Maiko there is a huge plus too. I seriously can't wait for my return trip to Japan after watching all these. I'm starting to watch the other ones again!

I have tried the Kobe beef sushi when I tried the capsule hotel on the other side That was the best food I have got In Osaka Ps:Also try the Kobe beef sushi burger!
The food in Osaka is sooo good. I had a Kobe Beef Spicy Ramen on the street in Dotonbori and it was so good, I almost cried. Unbelievable. I was there for 4 days and tried to taste as many things as possible but there is just so much! I have to go back ..

I use Google map ang it sucks. Anyway what was that APP your using? I'm planning to go back on September and I hope to enjoy more food next time.
Mizuno does not have a michelin star. Those stickers just tell that the restaurant has been mentioned in the Michelin guide. I do however believe that they have a Bib Gourmand but there's a huge difference :)
Love the takosen! Had them on my first trip to Osaka - a must have yes!! 😍 May also want to have Kushikatsu or deep fried skewers too, quite an experience and no double dipping for that 😃

I get a laugh out of your wife, she does what almost every woman does. They insist they don't like junky, meaty, carby food and order the salad then eat half your steak and most of your fries. I have a question though, is it acceptable to share 1 okonomiyaki for 2 people? I don't think my friend and I can eat 1 each, and we'd rather try out multiple places since we'll only spend 1 day there. Thank you!
I gotta say but Osaka was our favourite city in Japan for street food. We found that the moniker "The Kitchen of Japan" was well deserved. Which is not to say anything bad about the food in other cities in Japan... :)
Thank you for these recommendations. My wife and I were staying in the Shinsaibashi area and tried many of these foods at the restaurants you recommended. The takoyaki was great, the katsudon was amazing and we loved that location, and Mizuno was fabulous and the food was fantastic. Lastly, baby castella at Ikki Kasuteira were the most delicious food I've ever put in my mouth. We went twice (both our nights in Osaka) because we loved it so much. Thanks for bringing this to my life! We didn't get a chance to try the butamon, but we look forward to next time.

The first time i visited You I thought : what a desperate man. But now I know very well and understand that Your problem in Japan shows the problems of the Japanese Societe. The Japanese are so nice, so beautiful characters, but they are in a prison of their own, this is the really tragedy. The overcrowded land will kill the next generation, the kids have no chance for themselves, they are the slaves of the parents and all older once. You show us the final destroying and the people don't see the consequences.
I wish I'd seen this video before my trip to Japan. I was in Osaka for about 3 days and did hit some of the area up so I still enjoyed some great food (went out to Kobe for steak there, and it was outstanding)
