This reminds me so much of Japan. Its realistic. I wish sims made multi functional lots a thing so we can have stores restaurants and stuff plus mini apartments on top. Wish they would watch your video and get inspired.
@@turtlesoup932 Yes, that mod is basically bringing back the home business feature from The Sims 2 which unlike in The Sims 4 you can't run business in your own house.

With no mods u can try multifunctional lot just by choosing Spa lot type if the lot has spa item and a bar, the bar tender and massage therapist will come to the lot without hiring them. Same thing works for choosing restaurant lot type for the lot that has restaurant item and bar

This japanese street market has multiple stores such as grocery store, electronics store, Izakaya/bar, anime store, restaurant/ramen shop, book store, street food store, laundromat, yatai/food cart, flower cart and apartments! I set the lot type as Generic but you can change it to retail store, bar or restaurant (I really wish we could run multiple stores in one lot 😟) but, anyway I hope you guys like it as much as I do! tried to add it but the rounded corners on the outer edges glitched and were lowered, whereas the rest of the platforms were raised slightly, so it showed a hole in some areas :(

Hello, do you use any mods or CC? If so, that might be the case. Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using and replace the old ones.

The lot type is generic but can you add a employee mod and make the workers to these shops spawn? so you can actively go in the ramen shop,bookstore ect and act as customers?
I love seeing Snowy Escape builds because i can imagine Kiyoshi and Kaori the Romeo and Juliet lover teens from the pack hanging in these places while being out of their families prying eyes to be around another until they can leave after Uni and be together

Whenever I try to place this lot my game crashes. I have bb.moveobjects enabled. Anyone else encounter this issue and perhaps know a fix? This lot is absolutely beautiful and I would love to use it.
