What once began as a Japanese Tea garden, stripped away due to fear during World War II, then became a Chinese sunken Garden, later returning to a Japanese Tea Garden in the 1980's. It is a relaxing, tranquil place of beauty and should be on your bucket list if you visit San Antonio. It is located close to the the San Antonio Zoo and is part of Brackenridge Park.
