Thank you very much for this enlightning video and showing us useful websites. I do however have some questions. One: You said Jaragua is one HR from the beaches. Can you give a name please of beaches ? Two: Since it's in valley I'm concerned about floods. I read the comments and it appears I'm not the onl;y one. What's your thinking on this ? Third: As Jaragua is a centre for metallurgy and clothing manfg how is the quality of the water ? Many times clothing manfg will produce pollution with dyes and stuff and these are often not adressed until several decades later. I'm no expert in metallurgy but I'm concerned with heavy metals and so on. As you surely know money can be paid to officials who tell people all is good while it's not at all truthful. Fourth: What would be your best second choice after Jaragua ? Fifth: Any concerns with the return of Lu lla and his closeness and increasing closeness with the W E F ? Thanks again !

I have mixed feelings about this. The reason SC has been able to stay safe was because it maintains relative homogeneity and has kept a low profile. As more people hear about it and move there it will bring in bad apples and disrupt the local harmony of things. Its the biggest global challenge right now.

Ok 👍🏽 now I just came back from Jaraguá do Sul.. and it is a really nice city… extremely safe , you cannot find any homeless people in the city, we stayed in Joinville and our reason for making the trip was to find a nice investment property. My wife is very weary about driving or being a passenger… and it was driving me crazy. Because I rented a car and traffic there was extremely different than in the. States. For instance California roll through are normal at every stop sign. And people do not respect that cars are made to drive in the road.😮 18 wheelers are like 24 wheelers. And a rental car no matter how nice it looks cannot. Compare to an everyday vehicle that you purchase yourself. Ex. Nissan kicks 🦵 is way different than an Acura MDX . So be prepared to hit a lot of speed bumps in a car that has 12” rims… and don’t get me started on the fake roundabouts, and one way streets. Anyway the best thing to do is to Uber , taxi, not rent a car. .. Joinville seems like a really nice place to retire.. jaguar also but you have to find a place that doesn’t flood. That’s why apartments were our first option.
