Hoy nuestro destino era Jardín - Antioquia, habíamos visto muchas fotografías hermosas y escuchado muy bien de este municipio.
Partimos de Rio Sucio - Caldas y en Google Maps nos mostraba una vía con un recorrido de apenas 51 kms y decía que nos demoraríamos 2 horas con 33 minutos, jajajaja (ese Maps es un loquillo) lo que no nos dijo Google Maps era que la vía no estaba en muy buen estado y era mas para carros 4x4, lo que se nos dificultó un poco el trayecto demorándonos 5 horas con 20 minutos, jajaja llegamos casi a las 6pm, toda la tarde en esta carretera, que parecía mas una selva espesa, pero con hermosas vistas donde pasamos hasta por una reserva natural y nacimientos de agua.
Al llegar a Jardín nos sorprendió su hermosa arquitectura antioqueña, sus colores, sus balcones, su basílica.
Eran pasadas las 6pm y aún no encontrábamos un sitio donde dormir (parqueo seguro o cómodo) y siempre nos gusta buscar a las afueras del pueblo; vimos entonces una casa hotel campestre hermosa, se veían las luces apagadas pero había un cartel con el nombre de la persona encargada y un número telefónico.
Llamamos y nos contestó doña Maria Victoria, una señora encantadora, antioqueña, le comentamos que estábamos buscando un sitio seguro para parquear, que dormíamos en nuestro carro, pero que no teníamos dinero para pagarle, que le podíamos pagar con fotos, video o un taller en redes sociales, me dijo que no me entendía pero que tranquilo que fuera a dar una vuelta al pueblo y que regresara en 1 hora que ella volvía.
Al pasar la hora volvimos y nos encontramos con doña María Victoria y con su amigo Don Mario que esa noche iba a pasar allí y doña María Victoria se regresaba a su casa del pueblo.
Allí don Mario y Yo hicimos una merienda (cena), conversamos, le comenté lo que hacíamos y le encantó, varias veces me dijo que nos admiraba y que deseaba haber podido recorrer Colombia en su juventud.
Don Mario (adulto mayor, pensionado) se convirtió por 3 días en nuestro guía local, compañero, amigo, el cual fue de gran ayuda presentándome amigos de él y posibles clientes para nuestros trabajos digitales.
En tres días no recorrimos mucho de todo lo que tiene para mostrar Jardín, entonces realizaremos una nueva visita y mostrarles esta belleza de municipio Colombiano.

Today our destination was Jardín - Antioquia, we had seen many beautiful photographs and heard very well about this municipality.
We started from Rio Sucio - Caldas and in Google Maps it showed us a road with a route of just 51 kms and said that it would take us 2 hours and 33 minutes, hahahaha (that Maps is crazy) what Google Maps did not tell us was that the The road was not in very good condition and it was more for 4x4 cars, which made the journey a bit difficult, taking us 5 hours and 20 minutes, hahaha we arrived almost at 6pm, all afternoon on this road, which seemed more like a thick jungle , but with beautiful views where we even pass through a nature reserve and water sources.
When we arrived at Jardín, we were surprised by its beautiful Antioquia architecture, its colors, its balconies, its basilica.
It was after 6pm and we still couldn't find a place to sleep (secure or comfortable parking) and we always like to search on the outskirts of town; Then we saw a beautiful country house hotel, the lights were off but there was a sign with the name of the person in charge and a phone number.
We called and Dona Maria Victoria, a lovely lady from Antioquia, answered us, we told her that we were looking for a safe place to park, that we slept in our car, but that we did not have money to pay her, that we could pay her with photos, video or a workshop In social networks, she told me that she did not understand me but how calm that she went for a walk around the town and that she returned in 1 hour after she returned.
As the hour passed we returned and we met Dona María Victoria and her friend Don Mario who was going to spend there that night and Dona María Victoria was going back to her house in her town.
There Don Mario and I had a snack (dinner), we talked, I told her what we were doing and she loved it, she several times she told me that she admired us and that she wished she had been able to visit Colombia in her youth.
Don Mario (elderly, retired) became our local guide, partner, friend for 3 days, who was of great help introducing me to his friends and potential clients for our digital work.
In three days we did not go much of everything that Garden has to show, so we will make a new visit and show you this beauty of a Colombian municipality.
